Becas UNQ 2023: abierta la inscripción
Se encuentra abierta la inscripción online, hasta el 7 de marzo de 2023, a Becas de Apoyo Económico, Guardería, Residencia, Incluir y Trans-Formación.
Se encuentra abierta la inscripción online a Becas de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (UNQ).
REQUISITOS:
Podrán ser aspirantes a estas becas todas aquellas personas que se hayan inscripto o ya estén cursando una carrera de grado o pre-grado de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes.
Becas de Guardería: Estudiantes con menores a cargo de entre 45 días y 4 años de edad.
Becas Sociales de Residencia: Estudiantes con domicilio a más de 70 km del lugar de estudio que se encuentren abonando alquiler / hospedaje.
Becas Incluir: Estudiantes que hayan finalizado su formación secundaria en la ESET UNQ y continúen sus estudios superiores en la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes.
Becas Trans-Formación: Destinadas a garantizar el acceso y la continuidad de los estudios en las personas trans, colectivo que está atravesado por un contexto de exclusión y marginación, situación que nuestra institución apunta a disminuir con acciones de estas características. MODALIDAD Y CRONOGRAMA DE INSCRIPCIÓN:
La inscripción a Becas UNQ consta de tres pasos:
- Carga del Formulario Online de Becas UNQ. Hay tiempo de hacerlo hasta el 07/03 de 2023, ingresando en: https://becas.unq.edu.ar/asuntos_estudiantiles/
- Confirmación del Formulario, descarga e impresión del mismo, hasta el 07/03 de 2023. Luego de esta fecha ya no se podrán modificar ni descargar formularios.
- Presentación de Documentación Respaldatoria, del 06/03 al 17/03 de 2023.
INSTRUCTIVO PARA COMLETAR LA INSCRIPCIÓN ONLINE
A fin de facilitar la inscripción del formulario de beca disponible en el Sistema SIU Tehuelche UNQ, les compartimos un video tutorial con los pasos a seguir:
DATOS IMPORTANTES ANTES DE COMENZAR LA INSCRIPCIÓN:
REGISTRO: Si es la primera vez que vas a inscribirte deberás crearte un usuario y clave – Es muy importante que al hacerlo revises que este correcto tu nombre completo tal como figura en el DNI – Si tenés más de un nombre debés ponerlo – si tenés más de un apellido debés ponerlo. Y también revisar que este correcto tu Nº de DNI.
CONVOCATORIA: Una vez que ingreses al sistema va a poder visualizar todas las convocatorias disponibles. Podés anotarte a más de una convocatoria solo si cumplís con los requisitos para cada una de ellas.
ACTIVIDAD LABORAL: En la pestaña 4 vas a poder seleccionar una de las diferentes opciones de situación laboral – Si en tu caso, tu ingreso personal corresponde a trabajos esporádicos / informales / otros: Podés seleccionar la opción “Trabajó al menos una hora” y allí verás desplegarse otras opciones como, por ejemplo: “Changas” o “Plan social”. Por otro lado, si trabajás y posees recibo de sueldo deberás seleccionar la opción “asalariados”.
GRUPO CONVIVIENTE: En la pestaña 5 deberás cargar los datos que aquellas personas que convivan con vos – sean o no familiares – y con quienes compartís gastos comunes del hogar. Si esas personas tienen ingresos (sean por trabajo registrado / changas / u otros), deberás indicarlos. SI LA PERSONA NO CONVIVE CON VOS NO DEBES CARGAR SU INFORMACIÓN.
DISCAPACIDAD: Si declaras que un familiar tiene discapacidad se te solicitará el certificado correspondiente.
FINAL DEL FORMULARIO: La carga estará completa solo cuando hayas terminado de cargar los datos, hecho click en el botón confirmar y hayas descargado el PDF a tu dispositivo. Si alguno de los pasos anteriores no se realizó el formulario no podrá ser considerado. Al momento de imprimir el formulario NO IMPRIMAS EL RESUMEN – solo se aceptarán formularios completos – (Esto está explicado en el video).
DOCUMENTACIÓN RESPALDATORIA: La documentación a presentar, así como la modalidad de entrega de la misma estarán disponibles a la brevedad.
VERACIDAD DE LOS DATOS: Las personas que se postulan a Becas de la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes garantizan y responden de la exactitud, veracidad y autenticidad de las informaciones y datos que comuniquen con este propósito. En todos los casos, tal como lo especifica el reglamento, las becas podrán ser revocadas cuando se acreditare que la persona hubo obtenido el beneficio proporcionando valores, documentación falsa u omisión voluntaria de datos, situación que conllevará la aplicación de las penalidades correspondientes al caso.
