Alberto Fernández, sobre la suspensión de los comicios provinciales: “Deja a la democracia como rehén de un grupo de jueces que no observan criterios de justicia”
El presidente Alberto Fernández afirmó hoy que la suspensión de las elecciones en las provincias de San Juan y Tucumán dispuesta por la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación evidencia “su carácter antidemocrático y su desatención al régimen federal”, a la vez que “deja a la democracia como rehén de un grupo de jueces que no observan criterios de justicia” y que “se han convertido en el brazo operativo de la oposición”.
En un mensaje emitido en cadena nacional, el mandatario se pronunció sobre la medida cautelar “tomada después de tener durante largo tiempo la cuestión en estudio, arrogándose una competencia de dudosa legitimidad y cuando los órganos judiciales de cada una de esas provincias ya habían avalado la legitimidad de los comicios”.
“Si el máximo tribunal del país no respeta la libertad de poderes, avasalla compulsivamente al federalismo y la autonomía de las provincias y va contra uno de los derechos supremos del ciudadano en democracia que es el voto popular, entonces la justicia de esta república se ha degradado”, sentenció el Jefe de Estado.
En este sentido, instó al Poder Judicial a no “manipular los tiempos electorales” ni a “seguir avasallando a los pueblos del interior de la Patria preservando los intereses de sus amigos políticos o empresarios”, ya que “el derecho al voto ejercido de la manera en que cada provincia ha decidido hacerlo de acuerdo con su Constitución es uno de los mayores actos que podemos sostener en nuestra sociedad”, además de “uno de los pilares del federalismo”.
No obstante. el Presidente indicó que “vamos a acompañar las decisiones que tomen los gobiernos provinciales ante estos hechos”, en el mismo marco “del respeto al federalismo”.
El primer mandatario dijo no poder soslayar que la decisión de dictar la suspensión de los comicios “afecta a dos provincias en las que se proyectaba el triunfo del peronismo”, y que “deviene después de que Mauricio Macri tratara de ‘feudos’ a las provincias norteñas en las que su espacio político preveía derrotas”. También ocurrió, dijo, “en el mismo momento en el que se desarrollaba una sesión del juicio político en el Congreso de la Nación, con denuncias a miembros de la Corte por supuesta corrupción en el manejo de fondos públicos”.
Respecto de ese procedimiento que se sustancia en la cámara baja “donde cada día surgen nuevas pruebas”, anunció que “vamos a enviar los antecedentes de estas decisiones tomadas ayer para que se sumen a las causales de juicio político, para seguir demostrando cómo esta Corte viola la división de poderes y el federalismo”.
En otro orden, el Presidente sostuvo que “la degradación judicial debe concluir”, y que “algunos jueces deben explicar “en virtud de qué razón participaron de un encuentro en Lago Escondido pagado por empresarios de medios y funcionarios opositores”, así como las razones por las que “tomaron ilegalmente el Consejo de la Magistratura, dictaron el beneficio del 2×1 a los genocidas” y también “por qué decidieron sacar recursos a las provincias para dárselos a la Ciudad de Buenos Aires inmiscuyéndose sin potestad en cuestiones propias de la coparticipación”.
También aseguró que “se trata del mismo Poder Judicial que persigue de forma sistemática a la Vicepresidenta de la Nación con argumentos forzados, desatendiendo su derecho de defensa y dictando sentencias fundadas en relatos redactados en mesas judiciales.
Por último, el mandatario sostuvo que “la democracia cruje cuando no hay justicia” y que “la reforma del poder judicial es hoy una de las grandes deudas de nuestra democracia”. En este orden expresó que “tenemos que conseguir las mayorías necesarias para poder llevarlo adelante. Necesitamos legisladores comprometidos a dar esta pelea contra el avasallamiento de la república”.
