Alberto Fernández: “Un gobierno no se hace despreciando a la gente, se construye amparando a quien lo necesita”
El presidente Alberto Fernández inauguró en la ciudad de Santa Rosa, junto al gobernador Sergio Ziliotto, la ministra de Mujeres, Géneros y Diversidad, Ayelén Mazzina, y el ministro de Obras Públicas, Gabriel Katopodis, el primer Centro Territorial Integral de Políticas de Género y Diversidad de La Pampa, una política para fortalecer el abordaje integral de las violencias por razones de género.
“Hoy estamos poniendo en marcha este Centro Territorial que tiene el objetivo de ser el primer socorro a las víctimas de violencia por razones de género, un problema que aún persiste en una sociedad patriarcal y que debemos darle una respuesta”, dijo el mandatario. “Estamos convencidos de estar haciendo lo que corresponde. Esto no es un gasto, es inversión para que la sociedad viva mejor”, agregó.
El jefe de Estado afirmó entonces: “Lo que les pido es que ahora, que queda elegir el destino del país, por favor no lo entreguen a los mentirosos. Antes llegaron al gobierno mintiéndonos, después hicieron todo lo contrario. Ahora lo dicen: hablan de quitarnos derechos”.
“Un gobierno no se hace maltratando a la gente, despreciando a los que menos tienen, desamparando al que necesita auxilio”, remarcó y finalizó: “Se construye amparando al que necesita ese auxilio. Los peronistas sabemos cómo hacerlo y nunca vamos a renegar de ello: porque aprendimos que donde hay una necesidad, hay un derecho”.
Participaron también del acto el ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat, Santiago Maggiotti, el intendente de Santa Rosa, Luciano di Napoli; el titular de la cartera de Obras y Servicios Públicos de La Pampa, Julio Rojo, y la secretaria de Género provincial, Liliana Robledo.
El Centro Territorial de La Pampa es el tercero de su tipo finalizado a nivel nacional y el primero a nivel provincial. Requirió una inversión de 209 millones de pesos, de los cuales el 77 por ciento fue aportado por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas de la Nación y el 23 por ciento restante por el gobierno provincial.
Con ese dato, Ziliotto aseguró que “estamos en La Pampa dando respuestas a la necesidad de la sociedad”, ya que “tenemos que elevar la calidad de vida y el Estado es la principal herramienta que tenemos y que ponemos a disposición de cada pampeana, de cada pampeano”, y destacó la importancia de hacerlo “en articulación con el Gobierno Nacional, que está presente acá como en cada rincón de la Argentina”.
Los Centros cuentan con un equipo profesional interdisciplinario que desarrollan actividades de prevención, asistencia, protección integral y promoción de la igualdad de género dirigidas a mujeres y LGBTI+. Además, brindan una respuesta rápida, integral y efectiva en aquellos casos en que una persona que atraviesa una situación de violencia necesite irse de su hogar.
En ese sentido, Mazzina aseguró que lo que se busca con el centro “es que sea un lugar de escucha, contención y acompañamiento integral para las personas que atraviesan una situación de violencia de género, en articulación con la Provincia y el municipio”, y remarcó que “de esto hablamos cuando decimos que una Argentina mejor se construye con Estado presente”.
Los Centros Territoriales Integrales de Políticas de Género y Diversidad son una iniciativa en conjunto entre los ministerios de las Mujeres, Géneros y Diversidad y de Obras Públicas en el marco del Plan Nacional de Acción Contra las Violencias por Motivos de Género que contempla la construcción de 30 centros en 21 provincias, que implican en total una inversión directa del Gobierno nacional de 890 millones de pesos.
Durante el acto, el Gobierno nacional anunció la finalización, a través del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, de los Centros de Desarrollo Infantil en Realicó y Eduardo Castex, por una inversión estimada de 102 millones de pesos. También la finalización de mejoras e iluminación en las intersecciones de la Ruta Nacional N°35 y el empalme con la Ruta Nacional N°5 con una inversión de 184 millones de pesos; y sobre la Ruta Nacional N°5 con una inversión de 216 millones de pesos.
A su vez, el ministro Santiago Maggiotti y el gobernador Sergio Ziliotto firmaron el acta de entrega de No Objeción a adjudicar en relación a la Obra de Infraestructura Vial e Hidráulica para el barrio del Oeste en la ciudad de General Acha, por un monto total de más de 822 millones de pesos.
