El presidente Fernández entregó en Santiago del Estero la vivienda 100 mil de la gestión
El presidente Alberto Fernández encabezó, junto al gobernador Gerardo Zamora, la entrega de 575 viviendas en la provincia de Santiago del Estero, con las que se alcanzaron las 100 mil adjudicadas desde el inicio de la gestión en todo el país.
“Estamos entregando la casa número 100 mil y estoy cumpliendo un sueño que tenía como Presidente que era entregarle techo, casa y seguridad a familias argentinas”, afirmó el mandatario.
En este marco, el jefe de Estado afirmó “hay 140 mil viviendas más que se siguen construyendo y llevaron a la UOCRA de 220 mil trabajadores a 450 mil en todo el país.”.
“Muchos anuncian las recetas salvadoras y yo les pido que las escuchen porque lo que dicen es que paremos la inversión pública, la construcción de escuelas, hospitales, que hagamos más difícil la vida de la gente”, reflexionó el Presidente, y continuó, “pero nosotros no creemos en eso, creemos en una economía pujante, que crece y genera empleo genuino, formal, que no desatiende a los más necesitados, que se preocupa por los que no tienen un techo”.
“La diferencia es muy grande: No somos todos lo mismo en política”, afirmó el mandatario al recordar: “El gobierno que me precedió, en cuatro años, construyó 14.000 viviendas”.
El mandatario estuvo también acompañado por los ministros de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat, Santiago Maggiotti; y de Cultura, Tristán Bauer; el ministro provincial de Obras, Servicios Públicos y del Agua, René Hid; y la secretaria de Hábitat, Micaela Villaverde.
“Estamos entregando la vivienda número 100 mil, cuando hace tres años estaba muy paralizada la obra en términos de vivienda. La entrega que se hace hoy es un punto importante de lo que viene, hacia el futuro”, resaltó el gobernador Zamora. Y finalizó: “Estamos muy agradecidos porque han vuelto a existir políticas federales que nos ponen en posibilidades de que este camino no se detenga”.
Durante la actividad se formalizó la adjudicación de 360 viviendas en La Banda, en el marco del programa Casa Propia, a través de una inversión de más de 4.614 millones de pesos; y otras nueve del programa Procrear I con una inversión de casi 113 millones de pesos.
También se adjudicarán otras 130 a través del Plan Nacional de Viviendas en la capital provincial y 40 en la ciudad Nueva Esperanza con una inversión de $ 2.178.928.461, y otras 36 que fueron ejecutadas con fondos provinciales: $ 461.420.145 en el barrio Mariano Moreno de la capital.
La familia adjudicataria de la vivienda 100 mil está compuesta por Javier Aguilar, trabajador de la construcción, Jimena Alejandra Garnica, trabajadora independiente, y su hijo de 5 años, Lautaro.
En tanto, Maggiotti subrayó: “Estamos en Santiago del Estero, pero esta realidad ocurre en las 24 provincias de nuestra querida Argentina, y ocurre mucho más cuando tenemos gobiernos provinciales comprometidos con esta política pública”. Y agregó: “No solo cumplimos el sueño de los 100 mil nuevos hogares sino también generamos empleo y un círculo virtuoso de la economía”.
En la provincia ya se entregaron 4.611 soluciones habitacionales, con una inversión superior a los 56.470 millones de pesos, mientras que se encuentran en ejecución otras 8.916 por un total de 78.343 millones.
Junto a cada vivienda se entregó una biblioteca para que las y los adjudicatarios cuenten con una propuesta literaria. A través del programa Libros y Casas del Ministerio de Cultura y que fue tomado como modelo y replicado en Cuba, Chile y México, se llevan otorgados en el país 840.000 libros con el objetivo de facilitar su acceso, promover la lectura y estimular la formación de nuevas personas lectoras.
También participaron del acto el secretario general de la Presidencia, Julio Vitobello; la portavoz de la Presidencia, Gabriela Cerruti; el presidente del Instituto Provincial de Vivienda y Urbanismo (IPVU), Augusto Du Bois Goitia; el intendente de La Banda, Roger Nediani; la intendenta de Santiago del Estero, Norma Fuentes; el secretario provincial de Obras, Servicios Públicos y del Agua, Jorge Zuain; y el director nacional de Formación Cultural, Juan Manuel Aranovich.
