El presidente Fernández entregó junto a Mussi la pensión por discapacidad número 300.000 desde el inicio de la gestión
El presidente Alberto Fernández encabezó hoy, en el partido bonaerense de Berazategui, la entrega de 70 pensiones no contributivas por discapacidad con las que se alcanzaron las 300.000 adjudicadas desde el inicio de la gestión.
“Nunca nos desviamos de una política que busca incluir y hacer parte integrante de la sociedad al colectivo de las personas con discapacidad”, afirmó el mandatario, acompañado por el director ejecutivo de la Agencia Nacional de Discapacidad (ANDIS), Fernando Galarraga; la directora nacional de Apoyos y Asignaciones Económicas de este organismo, Paula Martínez; y el intendente local, Juan José Mussi.
El jefe de Estado señaló que “tuvimos que enfrentar una adversidad tras otra, pero si hay algo que no hicimos fue bajar los brazos, y hoy estamos dando una muestra de lo que significa no rendirse, porque en el año 2019 la ANDIS era un lugar abandonado, repleto de deudas y con más de 150 mil pedidos de pensión que estaban cajoneados porque pensaban que las personas con discapacidad podían ser postergadas y sus necesidades no atendidas por el Estado”.
En contraste, el Presidente destacó que “la política que nos dimos para las personas con discapacidad fue una política decidida a prestarles atención, a no negarlas, a no ignorarlas como otros las ignoraron”, y remarcó que “así pudimos lograr que esos pedidos de pensiones que dormían en los cajones de la burocracia estatal hoy se conviertan en la felicidad de 300 mil argentinos y argentinas”.
Por su parte, el titular de la ANDIS resaltó que “sin la decisión política del presidente Alberto Fernández no hubiéramos podido devolverle a miles y miles de personas con discapacidad de toda la Argentina la confianza en un Estado que no los dejó solos”, y subrayó que “este hito que estamos alcanzando representa que pudimos llegar con una respuesta concreta para ampliar y garantizar el ejercicio de sus derechos”.
Luego el intendente Mussi agradeció al Presidente por la “sensibilidad social con la que lleva adelante el Gobierno” y detalló que “durante la gestión nacional anterior no se entregó una sola pensión en este municipio en los cuatro años, mientras que en la actual gestión tenemos 1.423 pensiones entregadas a vecinos de Berazategui”.
En los últimos tres años, el presupuesto destinado a las políticas de discapacidad a través de la ANDIS registró un incremento del 478,16 por ciento, con un promedio de 98,43 por ciento de ejecución presupuestaria.
En este lapso se otorgaron 1.798 subsidios por más de 3.381 millones de pesos en el marco del Fondo Nacional para la Inclusión Social de las Personas con Discapacidad (FONADIS), y más de 200 municipios de todo el país ya se adhirieron al Plan Integral para la Promoción y Protección de los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad (Accesar), por el cual ya se transfirieron 43.7 millones de pesos para el fortalecimiento de las oficinas locales de discapacidad.
A su vez, en el marco del programa Incluir Salud se otorgaron 202.670 millones de pesos para la cobertura integral de prestaciones destinadas a las personas beneficiarias, así como también para la transferencia a las provincias e instituciones convenidas, mientras que se capacitó a más de 15.040 personas en 616 instancias de formación sobre perspectiva de discapacidad.
