Encuentro de la ruralidad: Kicillof destacó el diálogo con el sector en la provincia

El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó este martes el cierre del Encuentro Provincial de la Ruralidad en la Estación Experimental Gorina, junto a los ministros de Desarrollo Agrario, Javier Rodríguez, y de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Julio Alak.

En ese marco, Kicillof destacó que “las políticas públicas no se pueden diseñar desde una oficina cerrada ni alejados de los problemas reales: estos encuentros dan cuenta de una metodología de trabajo que impulsamos desde el primer día y que consiste en escuchar, dialogar con todos los sectores y producir en conjunto herramientas que brinden soluciones concretas”.

“Algunos sectores hablan del campo como si fuera un sector uniforme y lo hacen porque solo apuntan al segmento más poderoso que integran los grandes productores”, señaló el Gobernador y añadió: “Para nosotros es al revés: nuestro objetivo es acompañar a los hombres y las mujeres que viven, trabajan y producen en todos los ambientes rurales de la provincia de Buenos Aires”.

El objetivo del encuentro fue fomentar el diálogo entre las y los actores de la ruralidad y el Estado provincial para poder profundizar y perfeccionar las políticas públicas orientadas a mejorar las condiciones de vida y trabajo del sector agropecuario y agroalimentario bonaerense, así como promover el arraigo, el agregado de valor y desarrollo local en toda la provincia de Buenos Aires.

Además, Kicillof resaltó que “es falsa la idea que algunos sectores insinúan acerca de que la dolarización sería lo mejor que le podría pasar al sector agropecuario”. “En la Argentina esas políticas ya se implementaron con la convertibilidad y el resultado fue que quebraron 200 mil productores, se hipotecaron 12 millones de hectáreas y miles de familias terminaron encadenadas a las tranqueras para que no les remataran sus campos”, indicó.

El eje de debate se centró en la ruralidad bonaerense de cara al 2030 y contó con cuatro mesas temáticas sobre “Productividad sanidad y agregado de valor en ganadería”, “Educación y obras públicas para el desarrollo agrario y agroalimentario”, “Innovación y desafíos de la nueva ruralidad” y “El rol de la agricultura familiar en un modelo incluyente de desarrollo agroalimentario”.

Por su parte, Rodríguez remarcó que “la articulación entre el sector público y el sector privado es fundamental para la construcción de políticas públicas concretas y diferenciadas que alcancen a todos los actores de la ruralidad”. “Necesitamos de un Estado articulando con cada uno de los integrantes de la ruralidad para alcanzar un desarrollo sostenible y equitativo en toda la Provincia”, añadió.

El titular de la cartera agraria bonaerense destacó además la puesta en marcha de programas integrales inéditos en la Provincia como Caminos Rurales, que ya lleva mejorados más de 4.500 km; las líneas de financiamiento con tasas subsidiadas para el sector productivo del Banco Provincia y el Fondo Agrario; el plan de construcción de frigoríficos municipales; y Mercados Bonaerenses, que acerca a productores y consumidores permitiendo la comercialización de alimentos de forma directa.

En tanto, Alak expresó que “este gobierno provincial está trabajando con el compromiso de mejorar las condiciones de la ruralidad en toda la provincia de Buenos Aires”. “En la ciudad de La Plata hace falta un municipio que se preocupe por la realidad de las y los productores y se adhiera al Plan de Caminos Rurales para poner en valor los kilómetros que hoy están en mal estado”, agregó.

Por último, Kicillof resaltó que “la enorme mayoría necesita de un Estado presente que asegure la producción y el trabajo en el campo, permitiendo que se pueda habitar con dignidad en los pueblos y parajes rurales”. “Este encuentro contribuye a seguir empoderando a los y las bonaerenses que viven en el interior, que no son latifundistas ni grandes propietarios, sino quienes realmente trabajan la tierra e invierten en la provincia y en la Argentina”, concluyó.

Participaron la ministra de Mujeres, Género y Diversidad Sexual, Estela Diaz; el jefe de Asesores del Gobernador, Carlos Bianco; la presidenta del Instituto Cultural, Florencia Saintout; las subsecretarias de Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca, Carla Seain; y de Promoción Sociocultural, Lorena Riesgo; y los intendentes de Benito Juárez, Julio Marini; de Roque Pérez, José Luis Horna; de General Paz, Juan Manuel Álvarez; y de Carlos Casares, Daniel Stadnik.

También estuvieron presentes las presidentas del SENASA, Diana Guillén; y del INASE, Silvana Babbitt; la vicepresidenta del INTA, Nacira Muñoz; el director general de DIPROSE, Gervasio Bozzano; la diputada provincial Natalia Sánchez Jaúregui; sus pares César Valicenti, Walter Abarca y Ariel Archanco; las concejalas Ana Negrete, Ana Herrán y Paula Lambertini, los concejales Nano Cara y Guillermo Escudero; y el dirigente de Lobos, Martín Carriquiry.
