Entregan el pase libre multimodal 120 mil desde su creación
El titular del Ministerio de Transporte bonaerense Jorge Donofrio encabezó en Almirante Brown la entrega de credenciales para vecinas y vecinos beneficiarios. Así, la cartera provincial superó los 120 mil Pases Libres desde su creación.
El ministro de Transporte de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Jorge D’Onofrio, distribuyó 5770 credenciales de Pases Libres Multimodales (PLM) para personas con discapacidad, trasplantados y en lista de espera de trasplante de Almirante Brown, Cañuelas, Esteban Echeverría, Ezeiza, Florencio Varela, La Matanza, Lomas de Zamora, Presidente Perón, Quilmes y San Vicente.
El evento que se desarrolló en la Casa Municipal de la Cultura de Adrogué contó con la presencia del diputado provincial Mariano Cascallares y de la diputada Ayelén Rasquetti y las intendentas Blanca Cantero de Presidente Perón y Marina Lesci de Lomas de Zamora y el secretario de Salud de Ezeiza, Gastón Granados.
“El Pase es un derecho que desde el Estado tenemos la obligación de hacerlo cumplir de la forma más rápida, como lo estamos haciendo ahora”, resaltó D’Onofrio en la entrega y destacó que “estas credenciales fueron consagradas por la ley pero en verdad surgieron de un derecho y nosotros nos hemos educado sabiendo que cuando hay una necesidad, nace un derecho, y acá está el Estado presente para satisfacerlo”.
A su vez, señaló: “En el gobierno anterior este beneficio había sido archivado, dificultando mucho la realización del trámite y la expedición de la credencial. Incluso continúa habiendo legisladores, como la senadora Reich de Juntos, que aún hoy lo quieren sacar porque lo consideran un gasto. Pero nosotros les decimos que no, los Pases son una inversión. Vamos a defender el derecho al futuro de las familias que los necesitan”.
Al finalizar D’Onofrio afirmó: “No pararemos de extender este derecho tan importante para ya cientos de miles de bonaerenses. Los Pases son una inversión en la gente para que pueda desarrollar su vida y sus actividades, tal cual expresó el Gobernador Kicillof cuando dijo que el transporte es la columna vertebral de la actividad económica y social de la Provincia. No dejaremos a nadie afuera”.
Asimismo, el diputado Cascallares agradeció la labor del Ministro D’Onofrio y afirmó que “Esta idea del gobierno provincial de estar cerca de las vecinas y los vecinos es muy importante para nuestra comunidad. El trabajo integral que se esta realizando entre los municipios y la Provincia, en caso para extender derechos en el transporte para las personas con discapacidad, es notable”.
En la misma sintonía, la intendenta Cantero resaltó: “Este es un Ministerio abierto a los bonaerenses. Estos Pases hacen la vida más fácil”. Asimismo, la jefa comunal Lesci sostuvo que “la entrega de estos Pases y su utilización traen buenas noticias para la gente y generan confianza en el Estado”. Mientras que Granados de Ezeiza afirmó: “El Ministerio desde su surgimiento siempre brinda soluciones a los problemas de la gente de nuestro distrito y le brinda calidad de vida a los bonaerenses”.
En concreto, Almirante Brown recibió 427 Pases; Cañuelas 207; Esteban Echeverría 584; Ezeiza 604; Florencio Varela 437; La Matanza 1112; Lomas de Zamora 1091; Presidente Perón 269; Quilmes 797 y San Vicente 242. Así, el Ministerio de Transporte alcanzó a 38.586 solicitantes del Pase en lo que va de este año y, desde la creación del Ministerio, a 120.661 bonaerenses con esta política de ampliación de derechos en el transporte público de pasajeros.
Los PLM permite que personas con discapacidad, trasplantados y en lista de espera de trasplantes utilicen sin costo alguno los servicios públicos de pasajeros, tanto de líneas de colectivos urbanos e interurbanos, como de las embarcaciones que naveguen por aguas de jurisdicción provincial.
