Escuelas a la Obra: Kicillof inauguró el 130° edificio escolar en tres años de gestión
El Jardín de Infantes N°948 está ubicado en el barrio Los Tronquitos II y constituye una nueva institución que comenzará a funcionar en 2023.
El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó esta mañana el acto de inauguración del Jardín de Infantes N°948 de Florencio Varela, alcanzando así los 130 nuevos edificios escolares construidos desde el lanzamiento del programa Escuelas a la Obra en enero de 2020. Además en este caso se trata de una nueva institución que amplía la oferta educativa en el distrito. Fue junto al intendente local, Andrés Watson; el director general de Cultura y Educación, Alberto Sileoni; y la directora de la institución, Mariángeles Bracuto.
“Este jardín explica lo que ha pasado en toda la provincia: 62 chicos y chicas contarán ahora con la experiencia de la educación pública que antes se les privaba porque no había un Estado presente”, explicó Kicillof y añadió: “La escuela integra, genera un apertura al mundo desde muy chicos, brinda sociabilidad y enseña, al mismo tiempo, el amor por nuestra Patria”.
“Asumimos a finales de 2019 después de cuatro años de políticas de endeudamiento y ajuste que afectaron a toda la provincia y, particularmente, a la educación pública bonaerense”, expresó el Gobernador. “Dejaron muchas obras paralizadas porque las había empezado el Gobierno anterior, cerraron 39 instituciones rurales y decidieron cortar toda la inversión educativa, dejando sin mantenimiento a las escuelas”, agregó.
En ese sentido, el Gobernador señaló que “nosotros estamos en las antípodas de quienes atacaron a la educación pública, por eso apenas llegamos presentamos un programa para arreglar todas las escuelas de la provincia de Buenos Aires y para ampliar la infraestructura escolar con nuevos edificios”.
A partir de una inversión de $78 millones, se construyó la primera institución educativa del barrio Los Tronquitos II. El jardín comenzará a funcionar en el ciclo lectivo 2023 y ya cuenta con una matrícula de 62 alumnos y alumnas, en tanto que tiene capacidad para aumentar a 180, en beneficio de los vecinos y vecinas de barrios aledaños. Las instalaciones poseen tres aulas con sanitarios incorporados, dependencias administrativas, cocina, SUM, patio y sector de juegos, al tiempo que fueron equipadas con mobiliario escolar de la fábrica provincial.
Por su parte, el intendente Watson remarcó: “Este es el tercer jardín que inauguramos junto a la Provincia en barrios de Florencio Varela que necesitaban sumar un servicio educativo de calidad”. “Aquí no hay palabras, hay proyectos que se concretan para seguir mejorando la calidad de vida de nuestros vecinos y vecinas a través de la educación pública”, dijo.
“En un momento en el que algunos sectores se dedican a discutirlo, aquí está el Estado en Florencio Varela: el municipio, la Nación y una Provincia que puso a la educación en el centro desde el primer día”, indicó Sileoni, y valoró que “con esta institución vamos a seguir construyendo una sociedad más igualitaria, horizontal, en la que seamos todos iguales”.
Asimismo, la directora Bracuto hizo hincapié en que “serán todos bienvenidos a formar parte de una comunidad en la que se sumarán aprendizajes y saberes para construir juntos una nueva identidad educativa”.
El programa Escuelas a la Obra lleva invertidos $6.077 millones, posibilitando la creación de 130 nuevos edificios escolares y la refacción de infraestructura educativa para garantizar que todos los establecimientos sean habitables, funcionales y seguros, tres condiciones imprescindibles para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de las y los bonaerenses.
Por último, Kicillof subrayó que “como establecen la Constitución y nuestras ideas más profundas, la educación es un derecho y tiene que ser accesible para todos y todas”. “Sin escuela pública estaríamos condenando a una parte de nuestro pueblo a la exclusión, quitándoles las posibilidades de crecer, desarrollarse y tener mejores oportunidades”, dijo y concluyó: “Es con el derecho a la educación garantizado que podemos realmente hablar de libertad, ya que se trata de una libertad basada en la igualdad”.
Durante la jornada, la Provincia emplazó gazebos de distintas áreas para acercar el Estado a la comunidad y satisfacer demandas en materia de salud, ambiente, cultura y gestión de documentación.
Estuvieron presentes el jefe de Asesores del Gobernador, Carlos Bianco; la ministra de Gobierno, Cristina Álvarez Rodríguez; la presidenta del Instituto Cultural, Florencia Saintout; el jefe de Gabinete de la Dirección General de Cultura y Educación, Pablo Urquiza; las subsecretarias de Educación, Claudia Bracchi; y de Promoción Sociocultural, Lorena Riesgo; el diputado nacional Julio Pereyra; el presidente del Concejo Deliberante de Florencio Varela, Gustavo Rearte; y los dirigentes Carlos Kunkel y Cristina Fioramonti.
