Instalaron el puente ferroviario en el bajo nivel de Rafael Calzada para avanzar con la excavación del túnel
El Municipio de Almirante Brown informó que se completó la instalación del puente ferroviario por encima del paso bajo nivel de la calle Presidente Perón, en la localidad de Rafael Calzada, y anunció que el próximo paso será la excavación del túnel para el paso vehicular con lo que se está cada vez más cerca de habilitarse la histórica obra.
Luego de que en los últimos días se avanzara con la construcción de los pilotes para sostener las vías, se concluyó finalmente la colocación del puente ferroviario, una etapa considerada clave y estructural que permitirá avanzar con la última etapa del emprendimiento.
Los trabajos de esta obra histórica para Rafael Calzada y todo Almirante Brown se ejecutan en articulación con el Ministerio de Obras Públicas de Nación y la empresa estatal Trenes Argentinos Infraestructura, con el objetivo de descongestionar el tránsito y brindar mayor fluidez y accesibilidad.
En este sentido, se informó oficialmente que el próximo paso será entrar en la recta final mediante la excavación del túnel para el traslado de los vehículos y luego ultimar los detalles con trabajos de parquizado, luminarias con tecnología LED y señalética vial.
“Estamos muy contentos porque siguen avanzando las obras en el paso bajo nivel de la calle Presidente Perón (ex Gorriti) en Rafael Calzada gracias al trabajo articulado con el Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación y con Trenes Argentinos Infraestructura, la cual mejorará por completo la calidad de vida de nuestros vecinos y vecinas”, sostuvo Mariano Cascallares.
Por su parte, el intendente interino Juan Fabiani, remarcó que “una vez colocado el puente ferroviario se puede avanzar con la excavación del túnel y entrar así en la última etapa de la obra, que es realmente muy esperada por todos y todas”.
El Paso Bajo Nivel en Rafael Calzada será de doble mano, contemplará el traslado de todo tipo de vehículos y se construye en la intersección de la calle Presidente Juan Domingo Perón y las vías del Ferrocarril General Roca, en el ramal Temperley – Bosques.
En este sentido, permitirá un gálibo vehicular vertical de 4.50 metros de altura con un ancho de 9.50 metros, en dos carriles ida y vuelta, y tendrá dos cruces peatonales subterráneos que potenciarán los pasos a nivel existentes.
En total se están destinando para la obra más de 3.000 metros cúbicos de hormigón, 220 toneladas de hierro, 160 pilotes, más de 5.000 metros cuadrados de pavimento nuevo en calles colectoras y de convivencia y más de 30 nuevas luminarias con tecnología LED para iluminar todo el nuevo complejo vial.
Finalmente, desde el Municipio de Almirante Brown remarcaron que en simultáneo se avanzan también con las obras de refacción integral en Ruta 4, con el Viaducto en la zona de la denominada rotonda “Los Pinos” y el paso Bajo Nivel en la calle Diehl, de Longchamps, además de la concreción de la última etapa del paso bajo nivel de la avenida San Martín, que se encuentra habilitado para su uso desde noviembre pasado.
