Junto a Massa y Kicillof, Mantegazza inauguró el primer paso bajo nivel de San Vicente
El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó este sábado junto al ministro de Economía de la Nación, Sergio Massa, y el intendente de san Vicente, Nicolás Mantegazza, la inauguración oficial del paso bajo nivel “Diego Armando Maradona”. Participaron también los ministros nacionales de Transporte, Diego Giuliano; y de Interior, Eduardo de Pedro; y el presidente de Trenes Argentinos, Martín Marinucci, entre muchos funcionarios municipales, nacionales y provinciales
En las palabras de bienvenida, Mantegazza agradeció a los funcionarios provinciales y nacionales por contribuir a que San Vicente vuelva a “estar en la agenda de Gobierno” Además recordó que cuando hay obras de este calibre, “no solo hay progreso, sino también fuentes de trabajo”
“Esta obra fue posible gracias a la gran inversión del gobierno nacional que apuesta a la obra pública como motor de desarrollo de cada ciudad y cada pueblo, no sólo mejorando la transitabilidad, sino también generando vinculación, crecimiento y puestos de trabajo. Estamos transformando San Vicente y vamos a seguir en ese camino con Sergio Massa en la Nación y Axel Kicillof en la Provincia” completó el jefe comunal.
Mantegazza tambien tuvo un reconocimiento especial para el Jefe de Gabinete de Ministros de la provioncia de Buienos Aires, Martín Insaurralde, por el acompañamiento permanente hacia el municipio y por ser fuente cercana de consulta en todo momento.
A su turno, el gobernador bonaerense explicó que “en todos los lugares que visitamos, ya sean del conurbano o del interior de la provincia de Buenos Aires, nos piden sostener la inversión pública para que haya más frecuencia”, expresó Kicillof y agregó: “Hay que tenerlo más presente que nunca, porque ahora que el sistema ferroviario está renaciendo, aparecen de nuevo los proyectos de la derecha que promovieron la desinversión que lo llevó a la decadencia”.
En ese sentido, el Gobernador señaló que “hay que tomar conciencia del impacto que generarían estas propuestas de ajuste en la vida cotidiana de los y las bonaerenses: si el Estado se retirara por completo, cada boleto de tren costaría alrededor de $1.100”. “Esas políticas no tienen nada de original, ni de novedoso: nos dejarían sin trenes, sin pasos bajo nivel y con un país para muy pocos”, añadió.
Por último, Kicillof subrayó que “el ministro Massa está dando una pelea muy grande contra las imposiciones que traen los acreedores de la deuda irresponsable que se tomó durante el gobierno anterior”. “Con las medidas que ha impulsado, muestra el camino de lo que se llevará adelante en la próxima etapa: un trabajo incansable para defender el empleo, la producción y los intereses de las y los trabajadores”, concluyó.
Por su parte, Sergio Massa sostuvo que San Vicente se encuentra en el camino del “desarrollo y la inclusión”. “Venimos a inaugurar esta obra, que es el primer bajo nivel de San Vicente, no solo es uno de los 26 que se están construyendo en el Gran Buenos Aires, sino que además es la contracara de lo que pasó en los cuatro años anteriores donde se construyeron sólo seis y todos en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires”, reflexionó. “Esa es la mirada que tienen aquellos que creen que la vida, la política y las decisiones e inversiones empiezan y terminan en la General Paz”, criticó.
El candidato presidencial de Unión por la Patria, Remarcó que el paso bajo nivel representa “trabajo, para los compañeros de la UOCRA”; tiempo para los vecinos y vecinas de San Vicente; seguridad para los pasajeros del ferrocarril y para los trabajadores ferroviarios”.
“Si hay cambio de gobierno, el boleto de tren va a pasar a valer 1.100 pesos y el boleto mínimo de colectivo, 700 pesos. Una cosa es escuchar palabritas simpáticas haciéndose los picantes o los graciosos en los canales de televisión y otra cosa es bajar las ideas a la vida real de la gente. No sólo piensan privatizar los ferrocarriles, sino que también piensan en eliminar la ayuda que el Estado pone a través de la SUBE en el boleto de tren y del colectivo”, advirtió.
Y precisó: “Eso es lo que está planteando la oposición, sin distinción. Porque unos plantean dolarización sin más, poner la bandera de Estados Unidos en la puerta del Banco Central, y otros plantean dolarización cobarde, que es hacer convivir un ratito las dos monedas porque no se animan a plantearlo directamente”.
En ese marco, contrapuso: “La mejor forma de hacer crecer a nuestra Patria es a partir de tener nuestra moneda fuerte y no depender de nadie. No queremos seguir siendo mendigos del mundo, no queremos pedir, queremos vivir sobre el esfuerzo y el desarrollo de nuestra Patria”.
“Ellos plantean menos ferrocarril, nosotros más; ellos plantean cerrar la obra pública, nosotros más viaductos que unan a nuestra gente; ellos plantean entregar nuestra moneda y transformar nuestra Patria en un lugar sin destino de desarrollo, nosotros planteamos vender el trabajo argentino al mundo para hacer nuestra economía fuerte, invertir en obra pública, generar empleo y desarrollo”.
En ese marco, admitió: “A lo mejor, la crisis y el fracaso de algunas políticas, o la falta de respuesta en otras, generan la sensación del sabor amargo, pero no se resuelve volviendo para atrás. Para atrás está la violencia, el dolor, la pérdida de puestos de trabajo y de poder adquisitivo”. “Nuestro camino es para adelante.
