Katopodis y Sabbatella recorrieron las obras del Parque Industrial Curtidor
El nuevo predio permitirá que curtiembres de la zona de Lanús se instalen en el lugar, donde además se construye una planta de tratamiento de efluentes industriales para beneficiar al saneamiento de la Cuenca.
El ministro de Obras Públicas, Gabriel Katopodis, y el titular de ACUMAR, Martín Sabbatella, recorrieron la planta de tratamiento de efluentes industriales y el Parque Industrial Curtidor en Lanús, dos obras fundamentales que beneficiarán al medio ambiente y el saneamiento de la Cuenca
Al respecto, Katopodis señaló: “Estas obras en el Parque Industrial Curtidor de Lanús beneficiarán el traslado de industrias, cuidando el medio ambiente y la calidad de vida de toda esta comunidad. Esta es infraestructura que con mucho trabajo y compromiso lleva adelante ACUMAR para el saneamiento de toda la Cuenca”.
Por su parte, Sabbatella afirmó: “Teniendo en cuenta que los contaminantes de la Cuenca Matanza Riachuelo son en un 30% de origen industrial, el PIC es una obra fundamental para el saneamiento de la Cuenca, porque reducirá drásticamente la carga de ese tipo de efluentes que llegan al Riachuelo y lo afectan en su composición”.
Los trabajos en el Parque Industrial Curtidor están avanzados en un 95% y contemplan la construcción de redes eléctricas, de gas, agua potable y para los procesos industriales, cloacas, desagües industriales y pluviales, con el fin de que se instalen empresas del sector curtiembre.
El predio cuenta con 23 lotes para radicar a las industrias, donde se están finalizando las tareas para la conexión de agua, a través de AySA, y de electricidad, a cargo de la empresa Edesur.
Allí, también se está construyendo una planta para el tratamiento de los efluentes que generen las curtiembres que se ubiquen en el parque y los provenientes de las industrias linderas, que serán volcados en Colector Margen Izquierda del Sistema Riachuelo. Actualmente, se realiza la ejecución las piletas de decantación y la cámara de entrada de los efluentes.
Una vez terminada la obra, permitirá hacer más efectivo el monitoreo y control industrial para reducir la carga contaminante que genera la producción curtiembre en el Riachuelo y en el ambiente en general.
De la recorrida también participó el jefe de Gabinete del Municipio de Lanús, Diego Kravetz.
