Kicillof, duro con la oposición: “Cuando dicen ´todo o nada´ es porque quieren llevarse todo y al pueblo dejarle nada”
En el marco del programa Mi Escritura, Mi Casa, el gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó este jueves el acto de entrega de 401 títulos de propiedad gratuitos en beneficio de familias de la ciudad de La Plata. Fue en la sede del Círculo Policial de Tolosa, junto a la vicegobernadora Verónica Magario; el ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Julio Alak; la presidenta del Instituto Cultural, Florencia Saintout; y los concejales Luis Arias y Paula Lambertini.
“En nuestra provincia hay miles de familias que están esperando sus escrituras hace mucho tiempo, ya sea por la complejidad de los trámites o por los altos costos de una escribanía particular”, explicó Kicillof y agregó: “El título de propiedad no solamente perfecciona la tenencia, sino que es un escalón para seguir creciendo y contar con mejores posibilidades en el futuro”.
Los títulos de propiedad fueron otorgados a familias del barrio Justicia Social que hacía 16 años esperaban la documentación que acredite el dominio de sus viviendas. De esta forma se regulariza la situación de 260 casas que fueron finalizadas en el año 2007 durante la gestión de Alak como intendente del distrito.
Al respecto, Alak indicó que “el Gobernador nos dio los recursos necesarios para poner a la Escribanía General de Gobierno al servicio de nuestro pueblo, y eso es lo que estamos haciendo: ya entregamos más de 80 mil escrituras en toda la provincia de Buenos Aires”. “Este barrio lo terminamos un 19 de noviembre de 2007, a pocos días de finalizar mi mandato como intendente de la ciudad. Hoy tengo el enorme placer de cerrar ese círculo con la entrega de las escrituras para todas y todos los vecinos”, manifestó.
El programa Mi Escritura, Mi Casa fue impulsado por el Gobierno de la Provincia a principios de 2020 con el objetivo de brindar seguridad jurídica a quienes no pueden solventar económicamente los honorarios de un escribano particular. Durante la jornada, además, las autoridades firmaron otras 60 escrituras.
“A quienes nos dicen que hay que dinamitar el Estado, les decimos que solamente el Estado puede cobijar, reparar y hacer justicia social con políticas que le otorgan derechos a nuestra población”, remarcó Saintout.
Por último, Kicillof subrayó: “Hay sectores que atacan a la soberanía, la independencia y la justicia social. En un mundo tan desigual, en el que no todos parten desde el mismo lugar, promueven así una sociedad en la que la libertad sea únicamente para los que tienen más recursos”. “Tenemos que decidir para qué lado va nuestro país. Cuando hablan de recortar, están hablando de que no haya más escrituras, viviendas, salud y educación pública: cuando dicen ´todo o nada´ es porque algunos quieren llevarse todo y al pueblo dejarle nada”, concluyó.
Participaron también del encuentro la ministra de las Mujeres, Políticas de Género y Diversidad Sexual, Estela Díaz; el ministro de Hacienda y Finanzas, Pablo López; el secretario general de ATSA y autoridad de la CGT Regional, Pedro Borgini; la diputada provincial Lucía Iañez; la concejala Ana Negrete; su par Guillermo Cara; y los dirigentes Pablo Elías, Marcelo Galland y Micaela Maggio.
