Kicillof encabezó la entrega de 30 viviendas en Alberti
Además, el Gobernador puso en funcionamiento una nueva ambulancia de alta complejidad y firmó un convenio para la realización de obras en el municipio.
El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó este viernes el acto de entrega de 30 viviendas en el barrio San Lorenzo de Alberti, junto al ministro nacional de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat, Santiago Maggiotti; su par bonaerense, Agustín Simone; la ministra de Ambiente provincial, Daniela Vilar; y el intendente local, Germán Lago.
“Estamos generando igualdad de oportunidades en cada pueblo de la Provincia, para que ningún bonaerense tenga que ir a buscar ni salud, ni vivienda, ni educación a otra ciudad”, expresó Kicillof y agregó: “Que haya en cada pueblo todo lo que se necesita es un trabajo que tiene que ver con el federalismo y ese es nuestro compromiso”.
A partir de una inversión inicial de $169 millones, las 30 viviendas fueron construidas en el barrio San Lorenzo, a través de la Operatoria Solidaridad. La infraestructura incluye redes de agua potable, gas natural, desagües y cordón cuneta. A su vez, en el barrio se están por finalizar otras 10 soluciones habitacionales que ya cuentan con un avance del 85%.
“Ya hemos construido 45 mil casas en conjunto entre la Nación y la Provincia, que forman parte de las 140 mil que se están realizando en toda la Argentina”, expresó Maggiotti y remarcó: “El acceso a la vivienda es un derecho y el desafío que tenemos por delante, es brindar soluciones habitacionales en cada rincón del país”.
En ese sentido, Simone destacó: “Ese es el camino que nos pidió el Gobernador y es lo que estamos haciendo en Alberti: que todos ustedes tengan cada día una vida un poco mejor”.
Durante el acto también se firmó un acta acuerdo para la construcción de otras 58 viviendas, 54 en el barrio San Lorenzo y 4 soluciones habitacionales en el barrio Achupallas. Al respecto, el intendente Lago enfatizó: “Tenemos el acompañamiento de Provincia y de Nación, que nos permite generar obras públicas destinadas a viviendas, salud, infraestructura urbana, servicios, saneamiento, agua, pavimentación y parques industriales”.
Además, se suscribió un convenio para la creación de un segundo Parque Ambiental en el municipio, a partir de una inversión de 15 millones de pesos. “Vamos a seguir acompañando con las distintas líneas de políticas públicas que nos permitan vivir mejor y construir el bienestar de cada vecino y vecina de Alberti”, afirmó Vilar y agregó: “Todo lo que se propone desde el Gobierno Provincial va en dirección de mejorar la calidad de vida de los y las bonaerenses”.
La Provincia, a través del Organismo Provincial de Integración Social y Urbana (OPISU), también llevará adelante obras para la construcción de 563 metros lineales de vereda en el barrio Fonavi, con una inversión de 35 millones de pesos.
“Estamos generando calidad de vida en el interior de la provincia de Buenos Aires, y lo hacemos también porque no podemos seguir permitiendo que el interior esté desfinanciado”, resaltó Kicillof y concluyó: “Detrás de la construcción de cada una de estas obras hay una decisión política pero también tiene que haber recursos. Quiero decirles que esta provincia y este gobernador van a defender los recursos que son nuestros”.
Visita a Centro Universitario y entrega de ambulancia
Más tarde, el Gobernador recorrió el primer Centro Universitario del municipio, que fue inaugurado el 10 de marzo a través del Programa Puentes. También, junto al ministro de Salud, Nicolás Kreplak, Kicillof puso en funcionamiento una nueva ambulancia para fortalecer los servicios de emergencia en el Hospital Nuestra Señora de la Merced. Es la número 117 que entrega el gobierno provincial, y permitirá dar atención a pacientes en estado crítico.
Durante la visita estuvieron presentes el jefe de Asesores del Gobernador, Carlos Bianco; la directora ejecutiva del Organismo Provincial de Integración Social y Urbana (OPISU), Romina Barrios; el intendente de Carlos Casares, Daniel Stadnik; las diputadas provinciales Viviana Guzzo y Nora Salbitano; la senadora bonaerense María Elena Defunchio; y el senador provincial Juan Alberto Martínez.
