Kicillof y Achaval inauguraron el Hospital Central de Pilar
Además, el Gobernador puso en funcionamiento el nuevo edificio de la Escuela Secundaria N°22.
El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó este viernes junto al intendente Federico Achaval el acto de inauguración del Hospital Central de Pilar para Emergencias y Alta Complejidad. Estuvieron presentes la ministra de Salud de la Nación, Carla Vizzotti; su par de Obras Públicas, Gabriel Katopodis; el vicejefe de Gabinete, Juan Manuel Olmos; y el ministro de Salud bonaerense, Nicolás Kreplak.
En ese marco, Kicillof destacó que “nos propusimos reconstruir un sistema sanitario que recibimos destruido y prácticamente sin recursos: hoy estamos inaugurando un centro de salud que marca cuál es la calidad que deben tener todos los hospitales bonaerenses”. “Es el resultado de la lucha de todo el pueblo de Pilar, al que le pedimos que siga peleando para que haya muchos más hospitales en toda la provincia de Buenos Aires”, agregó.
Las obras del hospital comenzaron en el año 2014, pero fueron paralizadas tras el cambio de gestión en 2015 y su predio iba a ser utilizado como estacionamiento. El proyecto fue reactivado y finalizado a partir del trabajo conjunto entre la Nación, la Provincia y el Municipio, que destinaron una inversión total de $1.479 millones.
“Aquí se quería hacer un estacionamiento porque había otras prioridades: uno se pregunta cuántos hospitales se podrían haber inaugurado, cuántas ambulancias se podrían haber sumado, con todos los recursos con los que contó el Gobierno anterior producto del endeudamiento”, sostuvo el Gobernador y añadió: “Nada de esa deuda se destinó a resolver los problemas de Pilar y del pueblo de la provincia”.
Por su parte, el intendente Achaval remarcó: “Construimos este hospital porque se lo prometieron durante 30 años al pueblo de Pilar y nunca lo cumplieron. Recorrimos los barrios, hablamos con nuestros vecinos y vecinas y fueron ellos quienes nos transmitieron la necesidad de construir este centro de salud para salvar vidas”. “Creemos en la salud como un derecho, en la igualdad y en la justicia social: para que todo eso se convierta en realidad, hay que tomar decisiones de gobierno y hacer estas obras con la calidad que se merece nuestro pueblo”, dijo.
El centro de salud atenderá patologías de alta complejidad y emergencias: contará con 80 camas de internación, 15 consultorios, 3 quirófanos equipados, ecógrafo, shock room con 15 camas de reanimación y helipuerto para traslado de pacientes de gravedad. Trabajarán 700 profesionales que prestarán servicios en las áreas de emergencias, terapia intermedia e intensiva; unidad coronaria; cirugía y neurocirugía; clínica médica; hemodinamia adulto y pediátrica; electrofisiología; neuro-hemodinamia; diálisis y plasmaféresis y diagnóstico por imágenes.
En tanto, Katopodis subrayó que “con esta obra, estamos poniendo en claro qué es lo que se juega en Pilar y cómo pensamos hacia adelante: con mayor desarrollo económico, industrial, pero también con cuidados y con un Estado presente que se ocupe todos los días de que nadie se quede atrás”.
Durante la inauguración, Vizzotti entregó además un tomógrafo al nuevo hospital por una inversión de más de 68 millones de pesos como parte de las acciones del plan Reconstruir Salud. “Esto es resultado de un Estado presente que prioriza que cada persona, independientemente de dónde nazca o qué cobertura tenga, acceda a una salud de calidad, aseguró la Ministra.
Asimismo, las autoridades pusieron en funcionamiento también una ambulancia de cuidados críticos para fortalecer el sistema de emergencias en el distrito. “Seguimos dando pasos importantes en el marco de un plan quinquenal de Salud que, fruto de una inversión sin precedentes, hoy permite poner en marcha un hospital de primer nivel para Pilar y toda la región”, indicó Kreplak.
“Este día histórico en el que inauguramos un hospital que llevará más salud a generaciones y generaciones de bonaerenses, demuestra que nuestro pueblo sabe que está para mucho más, que nadie se salva solo y que allí donde hay una necesidad, hay un derecho”, concluyó el Gobernador.
Participaron el secretario de Calidad en Salud de la Nación, Alejandro Collia; los ministros de Transporte, Jorge D´Onofrio; y de Hacienda y Finanzas, Pablo López; el asesor general de Gobierno, Santiago Pérez Teruel; la secretaria general de la Gobernación, Agustina Vila; las subsecretarias de Atención y Cuidados Integrales en Salud, Alexia Navarro; de Salud Mental, Consumos Problemáticos y Violencias, Julieta Calmels; de Políticas de Género y Diversidad Sexual, Lucía Portos; y de Técnica, Administrativa y Legal del Ministerio de Salud, Pamela Gagliardo; el secretario de Salud de Pilar, Hernán Galimberti; y el concejal Iván Giordano.
Inauguración del edificio escolar número 160
Durante la jornada, el gobernador Kicillof y Achaval inauguraron también el nuevo edificio de la Secundaria N°22, en el barrio Pilarica. Allí, Kicillof hizo hincapié en que “como consecuencia de una inversión histórica para llevar adelante las obras que generan bienestar a las y los bonaerenses, alcanzamos ya la inauguración del edificio escolar número 160”.
Con una inversión de $305 millones, cuenta con 12 aulas, dependencias administrativas, sanitarios y patio para un total de 460 estudiantes. “Seguimos trabajando incansablemente para garantizarle a nuestra comunidad la igualdad de oportunidades y, para eso, es fundamental que se cumpla el derecho a una educación pública y de calidad”, manifestó Achaval.
Kicillof también se refirió al proyecto de ley para crear la nueva Universidad de Pilar: “Si la oposición no cree que se necesitan más universidades, no les pedimos que las construyan, pero sí que se sienten a debatir y no bloqueen las políticas de un Gobierno que trabaja para los intereses del pueblo. No vamos a dejar de pelear hasta que la Universidad de Pilar sea una realidad.”
Estuvieron presentes el jefe de Gabinete de la Dirección General de Cultura y Educación, Pablo Urquiza; la subsecretaria de Educación, Claudia Bracchi; y el director de la institución, Gregorio Gómez.
