Kicillof y Ferraresi inauguraron el nuevo edificio del Centro de Formación Profesional N°404
El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó este martes el acto de inauguración del edificio del Centro de Formación Profesional (CFP) N°404 de Avellaneda, ámbito en el que además se puso en funcionamiento un Centro Educativo de Nivel Secundario (CENS) y el Refugio del Arte Municipal. Fue junto a la vicegobernadora Verónica Magario; el ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat de la Nación, Santiago Maggiotti; el director general de Cultura y Educación, Alberto Sileoni; el intendente Jorge Ferraresi; y la jefa de Gabinete local, Magdalena Sierra.
En ese marco, Kicillof señaló que “Avellaneda ha sido un ejemplo de lo que implica invertir en educación aun cuando en la provincia de Buenos Aires había un Gobierno que se dedicaba a cerrar escuelas”. “Hoy la situación es muy distinta: aquí estamos la Nación, la Provincia y el Municipio inaugurando un nuevo edificio escolar y poniendo en marcha una institución para seguir acercando oportunidades a todos y todas”, agregó.
“Este es un acto de celebración que debe servirnos también para dejar en claro cuál es el contraste: están quienes impulsan el ajuste, el endeudamiento y la quita de derechos, y estamos los que vamos a seguir inaugurando escuelas e invirtiendo por una educación pública de calidad”, expresó el Gobernador.
El CFP N°404 funcionaba anteriormente en un espacio alquilado por la Dirección General de Cultura y Educación y, a partir de una inversión de $254,6 millones, ahora posee su sede propia para la formación de 1.500 estudiantes. El nuevo edificio está ubicado en el predio de la ex Papelera del Plata y cuenta con 14 aulas, dos talleres de cocina, buffet, auditorio, SUM, oficinas y patio.
En tanto, Sileoni resaltó: “Aquí no estamos frente a palabras, sino ante hechos concretos que les mejoran la vida y les dan nuevas oportunidades a los hombres y mujeres de Avellaneda”. “Es el resultado de un Estado presente que invierte y apuesta por los derechos de los y las bonaerenses”, dijo.
En el CFP se dictan cursos en especialidades como construcción, textil e indumentaria, energía eléctrica, gastronomía, industria gráfica, informática, salud, industria alimentaria, administración y comercialización, comunicación social, idiomas y estética profesional. “Esto es lo que pasa cuando hay un Estado presente que planifica: en este lugar que había cerrado, hoy hay un montón de ciudadanos que pueden venir a formarse y a capacitarse para conseguir un trabajo y mejores oportunidades”, sostuvo Maggiotti.
Asimismo, en el nuevo edificio funcionará el CENS N°458, una institución creada a través de la articulación entre el Municipio y la Provincia. Para ello se dispusieron 2.289 metros cuadrados con talleres de cocina, construcción, salud, tecnología, talleres semipesados y específicos con sus diferentes sectores de apoyo (húmedo/seco) según su uso, y áreas de depósito y guardado. Por su parte, el Refugio del Arte Municipal es un ámbito de producción y difusión, intervenido por diferentes artistas que dictarán talleres vinculados a los oficios de la construcción.
Al respecto, el intendente Ferraresi remarcó que “después de un periodo de cuatro años en los que debimos sostener las escuelas desde el municipio porque la Provincia las había abandonado, hoy contamos nuevamente con el acompañamiento de un Gobernador que está transformando la educación pública”. “Este edificio potencia las capacidades educativas y suma también un lugar para apuntalar el trabajo de las y los artistas”, indicó.
Participaron también del acto el subsecretario de Infraestructura Escolar, Ariel Lambezat; la directora de Educación de Jóvenes, Adultos y Adultos Mayores, Silvia Vilta; la presidenta del Consejo Escolar local, Claudia Colazo; el concejal y secretario general del Sindicato Unificado de Trabajadores de Avellaneda, Daniel Aversa; y el artista plástico Juan Danna.
