La Provincia entregó 266 escrituras en Quilmes
En el marco del programa “Mi Escritura, Mi Casa”, el ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Julio Alak, junto a la intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza.
En el marco del programa “Mi Escritura, Mi Casa”, el ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Julio Alak, junto a la intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, entregaron este martes 266 escrituras sociales a vecinos y vecinas del municipio.
Durante la jornada realizada en el polideportivo Municipal se otorgó, además, una escritura especial a un ex combatiente de Malvinas.
El programa provincial “Mi Escritura, Mi Casa” es un trámite gratuito que beneficia a miles de familias que carecen de recursos para costear un escribano de manera particular y les permite poseer la titularidad definitiva de sus hogares, contar con una garantía para tramitar un crédito o legar el bien a sus legítimos herederos.
Al inicio de su gestión, el gobierno provincial detectó que cientos de miles de familias carecían del título de dominio de su vivienda, por este motivo, el Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos dispuso que la Escribanía de Gobierno se abocara al despliegue de esta política de Estado en los 135 municipios con la finalidad de alcanzar las 100.000 escrituras sociales entregadas en 2023.
