La Provincia y la CGT firmaron un convenio para fortalecer la formación profesional
El gobernador Axel Kicillof encabezó esta mañana el acto de firma de un convenio con la Confederación General de Trabajo (CGT) para fortalecer la formación profesional y las políticas de empleo en beneficio de las y los trabajadores de la provincia de Buenos Aires. Fue en el Salón Dorado de la Casa de Gobierno, junto al ministro de Trabajo, Walter Correa; el director general de Cultura y Educación, Alberto Sileoni; el secretario de Formación y Capacitación Profesional de la CGT, Argentino Geneiro; y el secretario ejecutivo del Instituto Provincial de Formación Laboral (IPFL), Ezequiel Berrueco.
“En conjunto con el movimiento obrero, estamos trabajando para reconstruir, transformar y fortalecer el sistema de formación laboral y profesional en todos los niveles”, señaló Kicillof y agregó: “Con este convenio reafirmamos nuestro compromiso para que la provincia de Buenos Aires siga siendo el principal motor productivo del país: avanzamos hacia una mejor distribución de la riqueza, con más industria y desarrollo”.
En ese sentido, el Gobernador resaltó que “es prioritario profundizar el vínculo con los sindicatos porque son un actor fundamental en la promoción de las políticas de formación laboral”. “El trabajo que agrega valor a las materias primas, mediante el conocimiento y el uso de las nuevas tecnologías, es la principal herramienta para mejorar la calidad de vida de todos y todas”, indicó.
Se trata de un convenio tripartito de cooperación entre la dirección General de Cultura y Educación, el ministerio de Trabajo bonaerense y la CGT, con el objetivo de implementar estrategias articuladas para la formación con participación de las y los trabajadores en base a las nuevas formas de organización laboral. Asimismo, se busca impulsar el desarrollo de nuevas calificaciones profesionales, generando un vínculo mayor con el sector socio-productivo, la ciencia, la innovación y la tecnología.
“Este acuerdo contempla las necesidades de los ámbitos de trabajo y producción en cada uno de los distritos, con el objetivo de que, mediante una mayor formación profesional, los y las trabajadoras estén al servicio del desarrollo productivo de nuestra provincia”, explicó Correa.
La CGT pondrá a disposición las instalaciones y el equipamiento para el funcionamiento de la estructura escolar. Por su parte, el Ministerio de Trabajo propondrá líneas de formación relacionadas con la actividad económico laboral provincial y coordinará con los actores del sector productivo, vinculando además a estudiantes y egresados con las economías locales y regionales. En tanto, la Dirección General de Cultura y Educación se encargará de evaluar y aprobar los diseños curriculares y certificaciones de la formación y las capacitaciones laborales.
En este marco, continúa además la primera etapa del programa de Fortalecimiento de la Formación Laboral, que ya alcanzó a 65 centros de formación de diferentes entidades y proyecta llegar a otras 57. La inversión asciende en total a más de $83,3 millones.
Al respecto, Berrueco subrayó que “estamos dando inicio a una etapa en la que podremos abrir 12 nuevos Centros de Formación Laboral”. “Vamos a fortalecer capacidades estratégicas en industrias como la automotriz, la metalmecánica y el sector de hidrocarburos, sumando además preparación en oficios digitales y nuevas tecnologías”, dijo.
