La UNCB junto a organizaciones sociales, sindicales y políticas pidieron la suspensión del desalojo del club Zapiola
La presidenta del club Zapiola de Bernal Oeste, Gabriela Figueroa junto al asesor letrado de la Unión Nacional de Clubes de Barrio, Dr. Esteban Corrales, solicitaron hoy nuevamente a la Justicia la suspensión del desalojo de la institución (previsto para el próximo jueves 15 de diciembre) y entregaron un petitorio en el juzgado interviniente en la causa que fue acompañado por la firma de cientos de dirigentes e instituciones del distrito.
Cabe destacar que el club Zapiola ocupa hace 40 años un inmueble ubicado sobre la calle Agustín Pedemonte entre calle 191 y calle 192, y la jueza Diana Ivone Español, a cargo del Juzgado en lo Civil y Comercial Nº6 de Quilmes, resolvió devolverle las tierras a la familia heredera.
Tras una conferencia de prensa realizada en la sede quilmeña de la UNCB, los dirigentes leyeron una carta de apoyo a la lucha del club Zapiola del Obispo de Quilmes, Carlos Tissera, así como las diferentes manifestaciones de apoyo de dirigentes y miembros de la comunidad quilmeña.
En este mismo sentido, los dirigentes solicitaron la intervención del Municipio de Quilmes y el gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires, ya sea para analizar la posibilidad de entablar una negociación económica teniendo en cuanta que el gobierno local dispone de un fondo específico para clubes de barrio (según lo estipulado en la ordenanza 13133/19 y su modificatoria 13326/20), o para impulsar la expropiación del predio mediante una ley provincial.
Estuvieron acompañados por el presidente de la UNCB, Claudio Rial, el presidente de la filial Provincia de Buenos Aires de la UNCB, Diego Indycki, el director de Ligas y Federaciones de la Municipalidad de Quilmes, Carlos Doallo, el secretario general de ATE y la CTA Autónoma de Quilmes, Claudio Arévalo, el secretario de Deportes del Movimiento Evita de Quilmes, Juan Romero, el Defensor del Pueblo Adjunto de la PBA, Ángel García, el funcionario de la Aduana Julio Nieto, entre otros dirigentxs y representantes de clubes e instituciones locales.
