Mantegazza y Katopodis recorrieron obras en Alejandro Korn y Domselaar
El ministro de Obras Públicas de la Nación, Gabriel Katopodis, la secretaria de Políticas Integrales sobre Drogas de la Nación Argentina (SEDRONAR), Gabriela Torres y el intendente de San Vicente, Nicolás Mantegazza, relevaron esta mañana las obras de la Casa de Día para Jóvenes que se está llevando adelante en Alejandro Korn, en el marco del Programa Nacional de Infraestructura del Cuidado.
“Este es un trabajo conjunto con el Ministerio de Obras Públicas para hacer 30 Casas de Día para Jóvenes en todo el país”, aseguró la titular de la SEDRONAR, Gabriela Torres. Y agregó: “Son espacios abiertos para todas las juventudes, que cuentan con equipos técnicos para trabajar en tratamientos ambulatorios y en acompañamiento para quien tenga algún padecimiento. Es un espacio abierto al barrio que brindará formación y llevará adelante actividades lúdicas y educativas para poder acompañar a las y los jóvenes”.
Por su parte, el ministro Katopodis indicó: “Recorrimos la Casa de Día para Jóvenes en San Vicente, la primera de 30 que construiremos junto a SEDRONAR. Tenemos que ganar el territorio, generar espacios en cada localidad para acompañar a las comunidades y cuidar a nuestras juventudes”.
Con una inversión de 55 millones de pesos, esta Casa de Día para Jóvenes, de 375 m2, se comenzó a construir en noviembre de 2022 y se estima que finalizará en agosto. Contará con consultorios y salones para talleres y usos múltiples, una sala de administración, cocina, baños y patio.
La obra se está desarrollando a través del Programa Nacional de Infraestructura del Cuidado, del Ministerio de Obras Públicas de la Nación, y de la iniciativa de la SEDRONAR que, mediante la articulación con provincias y municipios, tiene por objeto la ampliación de la Red Federal de Dispositivos de Atención y Acompañamiento.
De esta manera, se prevé la construcción de 30 Casas de Día para Jóvenes en todo el país, para la atención y prevención en materia de consumos problemáticos. Estos espacios contarán con equipos interdisciplinarios de 15 profesionales y operadores comunitarios que acompañarán a las personas en el cuidado de la salud física y mental, y el fortalecimiento de los vínculos afectivos y de las trayectorias educativas y laborales.
Además, las acciones se complementarán con estrategias de cuidado de la salud, género, documentación personal y acceso a la justicia, entre otros tipos de intervenciones para la atención integral de jóvenes con consumos problemáticos de sustancias.
Estuvieron presentes también en la visita al predio donde funcionará la Casa la subsecretaria de Obras Públicas de la Nación, Cecilia Larivera; la coordinadora General de Infraestructura del Cuidado, Mercedes Contreras; la secretaria de Gestión Descentralizada de San Vicente, Daniela Lassalle, y sus pares de Obras Públicas, y de Desarrollo de la Comunidad, Néstor Fernández y Claudia Ramos, respectivamente; y la coordinadora del Dispositivo Territorial Comunitario (DTC) local de la SEDRONAR, María José Pendola.
Nuevo Asfalto y una obra necesaria
Mantegazza y Katopodis dejaron oficialmente inaugurada la obra de asfalto de la Calle Dorrego, desde su nacimiento en Sargento Cabral, hasta la calle Güemes, en el barrio La Esperanza.
Esta obra cobra especial interés para todo el sector, ya que por debajo de la arteria corre uno de los nuevos canales aliviadores, que forma parte de la gran obra principal de los barrios Villa Coll-La Esperanza que evitará posibles inundaciones, cuando vuelva el período de lluvias normales.
Esta obra beneficiará a cerca de 20 mil vecinos de ambos barrios a partir de esta decisión política de intervenir con seriedad en una zona que sufría la falta histórica de obras de envergadura.
Antes, en el despacho municipal, Katopodis y Mantegazza rubricaron 5 convenios para la realización de obras en el distrito.
Ambos mandatarios rubricaron un acta para el financiamiento de obras de Infraestructura vial, veredas, y obras complementarias en el lote contiguo al polideportivo padre Mugica de Alejandro Korn.
Otro para la construcción de un boulevard central en las calles Mario Bravo y Sargento Cabral en la localidad de Domselaar, a través del programa Argentina Hace.
Del mismo modo se rubricó el convenio para recibir los fondos que serán puestos en la construcción de un centro de Desarrollo Infantil (CDI) para Domselaar.
También se firmó un acto para el financiamiento de la terca etapa de la ampliación de agua potable para Domselaar y se firmó el financiamiento para la construcción del Nexo Cloacal en el lote donde se construyen los 720 lotes en el barrio la Pradera y Parque Ibáñez
