Más de 30 familias de Berazategui firmaron sus escrituras
Treinta y dos familias de Berazategui firmaron sus escrituras de propiedad de vivienda, en un acto encabezado por el intendente Juan José Mussi. Gracias a este trámite, realizado gratuitamente a través de la Municipalidad y del Programa Provincial Mi escritura, mi casa, los vecinos beneficiados pudieron ahorrar más de $600.000 y $70.000 extras; quienes incluyeron la afectación a vivienda (ex Bien de Familia).
También participaron la titular de la Agencia de Tierras y Hábitat municipal, Lucía Vega; la subsecretaria de Escrituración Social y Protección de la Vivienda, Gisela Girard; y la escribana María de los Ángeles Villanueva, de la Escribanía General de Gobierno.
Durante su discurso, Mussi aseguró: “Los actos más lindos son los de las firmas y entregas de escrituras, porque les da la seguridad de que ya son propietarios. Además, la afectación a vivienda hace que su propiedad sea intocable. Con este trámite gratuito, les estamos asegurando el techo”. Además, el Intendente agradeció “la voluntad política y el acompañamiento del gobernador Axel Kicillof”.
Por su parte, la escribana Villanueva expresó: “Es muy gratificante venir a Berazategui. Sabemos que siempre hay espera y expectativa por parte de los vecinos y las vecinas, pero gracias al trabajo conjunto con el Municipio los trámites salen rápido y bien”.
En 2023, se firmaron 109 escrituras y 80 afectaciones a vivienda. En esta oportunidad, uno de los vecinos beneficiados fue Aníbal Paz, del Barrio Luz, quien comentó “Gracias a este trámite, mi propiedad va a quedar a mi nombre. Es muy importante, porque se la voy a dejar a mi hijo y nadie se la va a poder quitar”.
