Treinta familias de Berazategui firmaron sus escrituras de propiedad, en un acto encabezado por el intendente Juan José Mussi y la titular de la Agencia de Tierras y Hábitat municipal, Lucía Vega. Gracias a este trámite, realizado gratuitamente a través de la Municipalidad y del Programa Provincial Mi escritura, mi casa, los vecinos beneficiados pudieron ahorrar más de $300.000 y $40.000 extras quienes incluyeron la afectación a vivienda (ex Bien de Familia).
En ese sentido, Mussi aseguró que “este es uno de los actos más lindos, porque firmar las escrituras significa haber pasado todos los procesos y tener la seguridad del techo propio. Esto es algo que mucha gente grande después le puede dejar a sus hijos y a sus nietos”.
Además, el Intendente remarcó: “Yo vi crecer a Berazategui y sé que puede seguir creciendo si los vecinos y las vecinas son propietarios. Tener una casa siempre incluye la necesidad de mejorarla y acá lo pueden hacer con el orgullo de sentirse los dueños de sus propiedades”.
En tanto, Lucía Vega felicitó a las familias que finalizaron sus trámites: “Les agradezco por la paciencia y por confiar. Sé que, en algunos casos, han esperado mucho tiempo. Me alegra mucho que haya llegado este momento, porque eso significa que dentro de poco van a poder recibir su escritura”.
Entre los vecinos beneficiados, se encuentra Arístides Giménez López. Su caso es particular, ya que firmó que las escrituras de sus tres unidades funcionales pasen a su familia. “Le agradezco al intendente Mussi, porque habría sido muy difícil hacer esto por mis propios medios. Es muy importante hacer este trámite, sobre todo para el futuro de mis hijos y mis nietos. Ahora ellos van a poder seguir progresando”, expresó Arístides.
También participaron: las escribanas María de los Ángeles Villanueva y Mariana Scalise; integrantes del Gabinete municipal, concejales y familiares de las y los beneficiados.
