Mussi entregó más de 30 subsidios para mejoras habitacionales
Se entregaron subsidios para mejoras habitacionales a 37 familias de Berazategui, en un acto encabezado por el intendente Juan José Mussi; y la titular de la Agencia de Tierras y Hábitat municipal, Lucía Vega. La iniciativa forma parte del Programa Mejoras Habitacionales del Gobierno de la provincia de Buenos Aires.
A través de esta entrega, las 37 familias completaron la primera etapa del beneficio, que contempla un subsidio total de 40 mil pesos. De esta forma, quedaron habilitadas para acceder a un microcrédito de 100 mil pesos para continuar y/o finalizar las refacciones en sus hogares.
Durante el acto, el intendente Mussi expresó: “Es muy importante para nosotros saber que -con esfuerzo- nuestros vecinos y vecinas van creciendo. Sé que la gran mayoría de las personas que reciben este beneficio tienen hijos y, gracias a este programa, pueden brindarles mejores condiciones de vida”. Y sumó: “Tenemos que tener en cuenta que esto no se hacía antes. Pero ahora contamos con el apoyo del Gobierno provincial, que nos ayuda y piensa en la gente”.
Por su parte, Lucía Vega indicó que “para este año tenemos previstas dos etapas. Por un lado, la entrega de los microcréditos para los vecinos beneficiados en 2022; y por el otro, la distribución de 200 subsidios para nuevas familias beneficiarias”. Y agregó: “Estamos en contacto permanente con las personas que participan, ya desde el momento en que vienen a inscribirse. Colaborar con este tipo de mejoras es muy importante para nosotros”.
En tanto, Beatriz Morilla, vecina del barrio La Serranita, agradeció “el acompañamiento de todo el personal municipal y del intendente Mussi. Gracias a esta ayuda voy a poder realizar la instalación de caños para cloacas y desagües pluviales, además de mejorar el piso de mi casa”.
Las y los interesados en participar del Programa provincial Mejoras Habitacionales, pueden llamar al 4356-9200 (Int. 2215) o acercarse a la Dirección de Viviendas, que se encuentra frente al Edificio Municipal (Av. 14 y 131 A) de lunes a viernes de 8.00 a 14.00.
