Programa Puentes: empieza la cursada de nuevas carreras universitarias en ocho municipios bonaerenses
Durante agosto y septiembre, los centros universitarios de ocho municipios bonaerenses dan la bienvenida a las y los estudiantes que cursarán las nuevas carreras impulsadas por Puentes, el programa del Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires que amplía el derecho a la educación superior en todo el territorio provincial. La oferta académica se desarrollará en Nueve de Julio, Navarro, Ayacucho, General Paz, Chascomús, San Cayetano, Mar Chiquita y Castelli.
Con fecha de inicio entre el 22 de agosto y el 15 de septiembre, las carreras estarán a cargo de la Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero (UNTREF), la Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora (UNLZ) y la Universidad Nacional de Quilmes (UNQ). En Hipólito Yrigoyen, además, el pasado lunes 14 ya comenzó a cursarse la Diplomatura en Programación, impartida por la Universidad de Buenos Aires.
El detalle de las carreras de Puentes que inician sus cursadas en cada municipio es el siguiente:
- Nueve de Julio: Diplomatura en Producción Audiovisual (UNTREF). Inicio: 22 de agosto.
- Navarro: Diplomatura Universitaria en Producción Lechera (UNLZ). Inicio: 25 de agosto.
- Ayacucho: Diplomatura Universitaria en Producción Ganadera y de Forrajes (UNLZ). Inicio: 25 de agosto.
- General Paz: Diplomatura en Procesamiento Agroalimentario (UNLZ). Inicio: 26 de agosto.
- Chascomús: Diplomatura Universitaria en Procesamiento Agroalimentario (UNLZ). Inicio: 2 de septiembre.
- San Cayetano: Diplomatura en Agroecología (UNLZ). Inicio: 8 de septiembre.
- Mar Chiquita: Diplomatura en Turismo (UNQ). Inicio: 08 de septiembre.
- Castelli: Diplomatura Universitaria en Apicultura (UNLZ). Inicio: 15 de septiembre.
En referencia al inicio de las nuevas cursadas, el jefe de Asesores del Gobernador, Carlos Bianco, afirmó: “Estamos dando un paso más en la dirección que fijó el gobernador Axel Kicillof: ofrecer carreras universitarias en toda la provincia para formar profesionales que impulsen el desarrollo de sus localidades. Con esto, además, queremos garantizar el derecho de todos y todas a acceder a la educación superior”. En este sentido, Bianco agregó: “El Estado tiene un papel fundamental para ampliar derechos. En este caso, el derecho estudiar es el camino para mejorar la calidad de vida de las comunidades e impulsar el crecimiento económico”.
Por su parte, Juan Brardinelli, director ejecutivo del Consejo Universitario bonaerense, detalló que Puentes “continúa avanzando en toda la provincia de Buenos Aires con una oferta de 75 carreras de nivel superior, más de 3.300 estudiantes inscriptos y 15 centros universitarios ya inaugurados”. La inversión -remarcó el funcionario- supera los dos mil millones de pesos, en un total de 51 municipios adheridos al programa.
