Provincia invertirá más de $720 millones para obras de infraestructura en Villa Fiorito
El ministerio de Hábitat y Desarrollo Urbano bonaerense, firmó un convenio con la Municipalidad de Lomas de Zamora para llevar a cabo las obras de infraestructura de 243 viviendas que serán construidas en el Barrio Comac de Villa Fiorito. Durante la reunión que tuvo lugar en la sede comunal de Lomas de Zamora, el ministro Agustín Simone firmó el compromiso junto a la intendenta interina Marina Lesci. Las tareas incluyen el desarrollo de calles, veredas, redes de agua potable, gas, electricidad, alumbrado público, desagües pluviales y conexiones domiciliarias de servicios.
En tanto, las 243 casas serán construidas con financiamiento del ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat de la Nación en un predio de cuatro hectáreas pertenecientes a la Municipalidad de Lomas de Zamora que se ubica en las calles Esquel y Reaño.
En la oportunidad, el titular de la cartera provincial expresó: “Con el trabajo conjunto de Nación, Provincia y municipio estamos atacando la problemática más cruda en materia de hábitat y vivienda que son las villas y asentamientos”. Y agregó: “Con esta obra vamos a transformar radicalmente la calidad de vida de las familias y de la ciudad con la decisión política de un Estado presente”.
En ese distrito, el Ministerio tiene en marcha la urbanización del barrio popular Campo Tongui, a través del Organismo Provincial de Integración Social y Urbana (OPISU). Allí, mediante una inversión del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), se llevarán a cabo obras de infraestructura y servicios públicos. Asimismo, se trabaja en la regularización dominial de viviendas, el acondicionamiento de espacios comunitarios y la reactivación comercial que tiene como objetivo consolidar los emprendimientos de la zona para una intervención integral del barrio.
