Provincia y ATE rubricaron un convenio para promover la formación laboral
El ministro de Trabajo bonaerense, Walter Correa, se reunió este miércoles con representantes de diferentes seccionales de la Asociación de Trabajadores del Estado (ATE), donde además se procedió a la rúbrica de un convenio marco de colaboración, coordinación y fortalecimiento institucional entre las partes.
Del encuentro en la sede en La Plata participaron el secretario General de ATE Provincia, Oscar De Isasi, y quien lo sucederá en el cargo, Claudio Arévalo, y se abordó la promoción de convenios colectivos municipales, el impulso y respaldo del Consejo del Salario Municipal como también la profundización del ámbito paritario como el espacio de negociación colectiva.
Previo a esta reunión se procedió a la firma del convenio marco que se sustenta en la existencia de objetivos comunes y complementarios en áreas de interés laboral, social y económico, lo que permitirá maximizar la labor conjunta y sus resultados.
Además, tanto el convenio como la actualización de los protocolos, en cuya suscripción también formó parte el Instituto Provincial de Formación Laboral (IPFL), favorecerá una mayor colaboración, cooperación e intercambio de información que permitan la implementación de acciones y procesos relacionados con el trabajo, la regulación, la difusión de las normas vigentes, fiscalización y control con el fin de atacar los problemas de la falta o deficiente registración del trabajo en sus distintas formas, como también fomentar la capacitación profesional en los Centros de Formación Laboral Nº404 de Esteban Echeverría, 407 de Bahía Blanca, 408 de Quilmes, 410 de La Plata y 417 de La Matanza, promoviendo además el desarrollo local y la inserción de las y los bonaerenses en sus lugares de residencia.
Junto a Correa estuvieron la directora de la Coordinación de la Negociación Colectiva Municipal, Cecilia Soiza, y el director Ejecutivo del IPFL, Ezequiel Berrueco, además de las secretarias adjuntas electas de ATE Nacional, Mercedes Cabezas, y ATE Provincia, Eliana Aguirre, y otros integrantes del secretariado provincial.
