San Vicente: Aumento salarial para los trabajadores municipales
El Intendente Nicolás Mantegazza acordó esta semana una suba salarial del 35% para los trabajadores y trabajadoras municipales, luego de una amena reunión con Juan Sosa, secretario del Sindicato de Empleados Municipales de San Vicente.
En el marco de las negociaciones paritarias 2023, que el municipio lleva adelante con los dos sindicatos que representan a los municipales, se determinó que este incremento -el primero del año- será remunerativo, abarcará a todas las categorías y comenzará a regir a partir del 1° de marzo del presente año.
Esta suba representa el primer aumento del año para la familia municipal, que tuvo un buen cierre de año con un incremento del 50%, en los haberes de los trabajadores, logrando una importante recomposición salarial.
El intendente Mantegazza y los gremios que nuclean a los trabajadores municipales se comprometieron a seguir trabajando para seguir por la vía de la recomposición de los salarios para este año 2023, con la firme intención de que los trabajadores no pierdan su poder adquisitivo
