Sembrar Cultura: subsidios para centros culturales y salas de teatro independiente
Como parte del Plan de Fortalecimiento de Cultura Comunitaria, el Instituto Cultural desarrolló el programa “Sembrar Cultura”, dirigido a espacios culturales comunitarios, centros culturales y salas de teatro independientes. Ofrece dos líneas de subsidios: adecuación y mejora de las condiciones de seguridad, y fortalecimiento del equipamiento técnico, con el objetivo de acompañar su formalización. Esta política surge de la Dirección de Promoción de Cultura en Cercanía, dependiente de la Subsecretaría de Industrias Creativas e Innovación Cultural.
Los espacios culturales de gestión no estatal que estén asentados en la provincia de Buenos Aires podrán inscribirse como personas físicas o jurídicas en una de las dos líneas de subsidios que brinda este programa:
Mejora de condiciones de seguridad y adecuación de espacios:
Destinada a la subvención de materiales, mano de obra y honorarios profesionales para la adecuación de los espacios y la adquisición de elementos de seguridad antisiniestral necesarios para la permanencia de públicos.
Fortalecimiento de equipamiento técnico:
Para la adquisición, innovación o modernización de equipamiento y su instalación; adecuación o mejoramiento físico en accesibilidad o bioseguridad del espacio.
El monto al que podrá acceder cada espacio cultural seleccionado será determinado por la categoría que le corresponda, que están determinadas por la cantidad de asistentes que pueden ingresar:
Categoría A (hasta 50 localidades): $150.000
Categoría B (de 51 a 120 localidades): $180.000
Categoría C (de 121 a 300 localidades): $250.000
El plazo de inscripción es hasta el 16 de junio de 2023. La inscripción se realiza digitalmente en https://culturaenterritorio.gba.gob.ar/inscripcionsembrar/
Sembrar Cultura también cuenta con un área orientada a brindar asesoramiento técnico y administrativo a gestores culturales para el acceso a fomentos, la confección de proyectos y la formalización de sus espacios, a través de la ventanilla virtual alojada en la página web de Cultura en Territorio: https://culturaenterritorio.gba.gob.ar/espacios-culturales/#ventanilla
El Plan de Fortalecimiento a la Cultura Comunitaria plan contará con una inversión total de $214 millones y se conforma por cuatro líneas de acción: Sembrar Cultura, Colectivo Culturas, Cocina de Festivales y ciclos de Capacitaciones y Formación.
