Unión Nacional de Clubes de Barrio: Masiva inauguración de la nueva sede quilmeña
Ante una masiva concurrencia de dirigentes de clubes de barrio de Quilmes, la Mesa Nacional de la UNCB y funcionarios y dirigentes políticos nacionales, provinciales y locales, la filial local de la UNCB abrió las puertas de su flamante sede ubicada en Gran Canaria 1073, Quilmes Oeste.
“Es una jornada que nos llena de orgullo a todos los clubes de barrio de Quilmes que conformamos la Unión Nacional de Clubes de Barrio. Es el inicio de una nueva etapa, siempre con la prioridad de seguir trabajando juntos en defensa de los derechos de los clubes de barrio, como lo hicimos siempre y como vamos a seguir haciendo”, aseguró Diego Indycki, presidente en uso de licencia de la filial Quilmes y hoy presidente de la filial PBA de la UNCB.
“Tenemos una historia de lucha que nos avala, ya sea en la calle y la Justicia contra el tarifazo, realizando obras o impulsando la primera ordenanza de clubes de barrio de la historia de Quilmes. Por eso renovamos el compromiso de seguir trabajando por las instituciones y por cada barrio de Quilmes, que tiene en su club el espacio de encuentro y contención en estos momentos con tantas dificultades”, destacó Indycki y agregó que “agradezco a todos los dirigentxs que se hicieron presente, a mis compañerxs de la Mesa Nacional de la UNCB, a los funcionarios y dirigentes quilmeños que nos vinieron a acompañar y que siempre están atentos a darle una mano a los clubes”.
Tras el saludo de bienvenida del Dr. Esteban Corrales, asesor legal de la UNCB, hicieron uso de la palabra, Carlos Cardozo, presidente de la UNCB Quilmes y Liliana Montoya, presidenta del club Villa Alcira e integrante de la Mesa de Género de la UNCB Quilmes.
Los objetivos de la UNCB nacional para el 2023
Finalmente, el presidente de la UNCB, Claudio Rial, destacó el trabajo realizado por la filial de Quilmes, al mismo tiempo que remarcó la importancia de los próximos objetivos de la organización: el renovado pedido por la reglamentación de la ley nacional de clubes de barrio, y la creación de un ente nacional que se ocupe de todo lo referente a los clubes de barrio de la Argentina.
No al desalojo del club Zapiola
Tras finalizar el acto, Indycki se refirió a la situación del club Zapiola, sobre el que pesa una orden de desalojo de parte de la Justicia platense.
“Desde hace más de cuatro años que la UNCB se puso al frente de la lucha del Club Zapiola, para evitar el desalojo judicial de la institución que alberga a cientos de chicos y familias del barrio”, aseguró el presidente de la UNCB PBA y agregó que “a pesar de realizar todas las presentaciones y apelaciones jurídicas correspondientes, la Justicia finalmente dictaminó que en 30 días, el club debe desalojar el predio que ocupa desde hace casi 40 años. En este sentido, es importante destacar que la UNCB seguirá al frente del reclamo y no vamos a permitir que un club de barrio de Quilmes sea desalojado, algo inédito en la historia de nuestra ciudad”

Estuvieron presentes el secretario general de ATE Quilmes y la CTA Autónoma, Claudio Arévalo, el titular de la Anses Quilmes, Matías Festucca, la subsecretaria de Intervención federal del Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación, Susana Cano, el funcionario de la Dirección general de Aduanas, Julio Nieto, la concejal Patricia Iribarne, la dirigente del MTE, Laura Cibelli, la jefa de la Agencia Quilmes del PAMI, Alejandra Vega, el ex concejal y presidente del club 12 de octubre, David Gutiérrez, Pablo Arburúa, director de Articulación Territorial del INAES, el periodista y escritor Osvaldo Jara, Gustavo Borro, director de Deporte Adaptado de la municipalidad de Almirante Brown y presidente de FADEPAC, entre otros dirigentxs.
También estuvieron en el acto, por la UNCB: Claudio Rial, presidente, Jonathan Frisa, Secretario General de la UNCB y presidente del Instituto Municipal del Deporte de Almirante Brown, Rocío Vera, presidenta de la Mesa de Género, Gustavo Corbalán, presidente de la filial Almirante Brown, Hugo Chávez, presidente de la filial San Miguel, Rafael Irigoiti, presidente de la filial La Plata, Adrián Altamirano, presidente de la filial Esteban Echeverría, Diego Witoslaw, presidente de la filial Tres de Febrero, Martín Santos, presidente de la filial San Isidro, Gastón Esperanza, presidente de la filial Moreno, Daniel Rodríguez, secretario de la filial Lomas de Zamora y Hernán Huber, de la filial Avellaneda.
