Watson y Kicillof inauguraron el nuevo edificio de la Primaria Nº 8 “Bernardino Rivadavia”
El intendente Andrés Watson junto al gobernador Axel Kicillof oficializó este viernes la ampliación en las instalaciones de la institución situada en El Tropezón: cuatro aulas y un Salón de Usos Múltiples acondicionados para responder a la demanda de vacantes.
El Mandatario Comunal subrayó “no solo la articulación sino el permanente respaldo de la máxima autoridad provincial para tener jardines, empresas más posibilidad de progreso”. Remarcó en Kicillof “un gobernante preocupado por el bienestar del pueblo”.
Por otro lado, el Alcalde recordó “iniciar de cero con el inmueble: la base realizada por la gestión anterior estaba mal hecha. Utilizaron recursos y fueron ineficaces”. “Su reconstrucción la emprendimos con la misma calidad de excelencia aplicada en toda la infraestructura que habilitamos”, comparó. Luego, ratificó: “El comienzo del nuevo edificio para la Secundaria Nº15 -próxima al lugar-, el más grande del distrito hasta ahora”.
El titular en el Ejecutivo bonaerense no solo narró las malas condiciones en labores abandonadas por la administración precedente sino que evaluó el desarrollo actual de las intervenciones efectuadas en distintas esferas para “acompañar el crecimiento poblacional con obras que trajeron dignidad y permitieron a nuestra gente cumplir con sus derechos”.
En la ciudadanía, situó a quienes “marcaron la dirección donde ir y que todos los días camináramos un paso más para acercarnos”. Finalmente, ponderó el optimismo de Andrés Watson en generar “un Florencio Varela como tierra de oportunidades: a medida que haya más trabajo y venga más población, haya más escuelas, más salud, más infraestructura, más asfalto, haya más respuesta del Estado porque donde hay una necesidad nace un derecho”.
Por su parte, el director general de Cultura y Educación -Alberto Sileoni- destacó a intendentes como Andrés Watson que constituyeron al ámbito pedagógico en un eje primordial. En contraposición, señaló “el lote de 196 escuelas abandonadas en el periodo 2016-2019”. Para finalizar, acentuó “en celebrar los 40 años de democracia del mejor modo: con la inauguración de establecimientos escolares”.
La directora -Laura Flores- evocó con emoción “las historias de vida”. “Al tomar este cargo en 2019, dialogaba con el equipo de docentes que me decían que esto nunca lo terminarían”, relató. “Recibí el llamado del Municipio que estaba el proyecto avanzado para finalizarlo. Aquel sueño hoy pudo hacerse realidad”, exclamó.
El plan ideado para la Primaria situada sobre R.P. Nº53 y calle 1648 mediante el Programa de Emergencia Educativa contempló un SUM con comedor para los más de 960 alumnos y alumnas. En planta baja, situaron los salones con el fin de aumentar la capacidad del establecimiento y cubrir la lista de espera.
Milagros entró maravillada. “Quedó muy lindo, me gustaron las aulas. Me sorprendió el aire acondicionado”, confesó entre risas. Estrella también compartió su perspectiva al afirmar: “Hermoso, con más baños y espacio para estar cómodos”. Ambas destacaron al patio donde anhelaron “usarlo para hacer ejercicios o danza”.
Estuvieron presentes integrantes del gabinete local y bonaerense, el presidente del Honorable Concejo Deliberante -Gustavo Rearte-, la responsable en el Consejo Escolar -Claudia Allerbon-, el secretario general del Sindicato de Trabajadores municipales -Darío D´Aquino-, el legislador mandato cumplido, Carlos Kunkel, la jefa de la Agencia Territorial Lanús -Macarena Kunkel-, entre otros.
“Conectar Igualdad Bonaerense”
Las autoridades entregaron 159 netbooks mediante la iniciativa provincial a chicos y chicas de las Secundarias: N°51 de La Colonia-La Capilla, N° 60 de San Francisco-El Alpino, N° 57 San Francisco-El Alpino y N° 15 de El Tropezón-La Capilla.
El Intendente resaltó “la determinación del Gobernador al facilitar esta herramienta informática tan necesaria a jóvenes con el objetivo principal de brindar las mismas posibilidades de estudio a todos y todas con proyección a la posteridad”. “Una estrategia de innovación surgida en 2010 por la que trabajamos mancomunadamente los tres estamentos gubernamentales a fin de sostenerla en el tiempo”, sentenció.
Por su parte, Kicillof enfatizó: “Retomamos una política con la que, hasta el 2015, habíamos entregado 5 millones y medio de computadoras en todo el país, a partir de la cuál decidimos en 2023 por primera vez, distribuir 167 mil dispositivos para que pibes y pibas pudieran tener libertad y esa autonomía partiera de tener más igualdad”. “Consideramos fundamental garantizar derechos y mejores oportunidades”, aseguró.
Ismael fue uno de los protagonistas y evaluó el uso del nuevo equipo “para aprender mejor, con el celular era complicado”. En sintonía, Walker previó la utilización “en los documentos comerciales al estar en la orientación de Economía, incluso pensar en el futuro laboral en la carrera de Administración”. Por su parte, Milagros expresó: “Muy contenta, cuando nos enteramos de la noticia, empezamos a mandarnos mensaje. Hacía mucho las esperábamos”.
