Alejandro Korn: arrancó la mega obra de pavimentación
Comenzaron los trabajos para la pavimentación de la calle Drago, la cual forma parte de los 25 kilómetros de asfalto con cordón cuneta que alcanzará a estos 5 barrios de Alejandro Korn.
Además, los trabajos avanzan en el zanjeo y saneamiento de desagües pluviales para la realización de los tendidos de red de agua potable y cloacas, en la obra más importante para estos barrios en la historia del distrito.
El pasado 17 de abril, el Intendente Nicolás Mantegazza, junto a Fernanda Miño, secretaria de Integración Socio Urbana, anunciaban y daban el inicio a esta mega-obra, que contempla, además de los 25 kilómetros de nuevos asfaltos, la construcción de veredas; redes de agua corriente y cloacas; desagües e iluminación led; y se construirá un complejo polideportivo que cambiará la zona radicalmente.
Estas barriadas conforman un polígono delimitado por las calles Payador Indio Bares al Norte, Bartolomé Mitre/Vías del Ferrocarril al Este, Ruta Provincial 210 al Oeste, y el Canal 2 al Sur del distrito de San Vicente.
El Proyecto de Integración Socio Urbana implica un abordaje integral, que contempla el ordenamiento territorial, el desarrollo urbano y productivo, la ampliación de infraestructura urbana, generación de nuevos espacios comunitarios y el fortalecimiento institucional y de comunidades del barrio.
El principal objetivo de este proyecto es la prestación de servicios para una mejor calidad de vida de sus habitantes. A nivel urbano, abarca la provisión de servicios de agua potable y cloacas; red pluvial y vial, es decir obras hidráulicas y de asfaltos; y en lo que se refiere al equipamiento comunitario, contempla la construcción de un complejo polideportivo, una red peatonal (veredas) y alumbrado público.
Con respecto a la red de agua corriente y cloacas, se realizará la conexión de estos servicios a la red existente, y la instalación de las conexiones domiciliarias, con un tendido lineal aproximado de 28.000 metros.
En lo que refiere a la construcción del futuro Complejo Polideportivo, permitirá el desarrollo de jóvenes y adultos que quieran llevar adelante una vida sana. El Complejo estará ubicado sobre las calles Indio Bares, Corrientes, Gonnet, Tosso y Drago, en un predio contiguo a las vías del Ferrocarril.
Entre sus instalaciones contará con una pileta de 607 metros cuadrados, semiolímpica y climatizada; una cancha de fútbol 5 con césped sintético y tribunas de hormigón; una cancha multideportes de 800 metros cuadrados, que estará dotada de tribunas telescópicas (retraíbles); un salón de usos múltiples con aulas talleres y servicios.
Además, contará con un sector de 750 metros cuadrados destinados a juegos infantiles, iluminación y mobiliario urbano; un amplio bar buffet; arbolado, veredas, estacionamiento, sanitarios, vestuarios, oficinas y otras dependencias de uso común.
