Bosques: Watson y Kicillof entregaron viviendas a familias varelenses en Las Margaritas
El mandatario comunal -Andrés Watson- junto al gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires -Axel Kicillof- otorgó los últimos 62 hogares construidos en un sector del barrio ubicado en la localidad de Bosques a vecinos y vecinas del distrito, donde también corroboró el avance de la pavimentación en unas 88 cuadras para potenciar la circulación en la zona.
“Un sueño cumplido para las y los nuevos propietarios”, subrayó el Alcalde quien explicó la política habitacional “en una estrategia no solo para el presente sino para el futuro con la recuperación del empleo a través de más inversiones, más infraestructura tanto en la trama vial como en establecimientos pedagógicos”.
El Intendente calificó como “fundamental la unión para trascender las diferencias, cumplir con los objetivos para la grandeza de nuestra Patria y la felicidad del pueblo”. Para cerrar, reiteró “la articulación entre el estamento nacional y provincial a fin de ejecutar las diferentes iniciativas, indispensable para el progreso”.
Kicillof rememoró los múltiples motivos por los que estuvo en Florencio Varela y tomó como ejemplo las obras viales, inauguración de jardines de infantes y escuelas, la expansión del predio fabril de Ingeniero Allan. Describió como “difícil transmitir una historia sin una representación o una imagen tan firme como estos casos”.
Durante la administración anterior a nivel bonaerense y federal, narró: “Había cinco empresas que querían irse porque no había oportunidades”. Para contrarrestar, señaló la radicación de 31 firmas y otras 54 en lo venidero. “Acompañaron a las palabras las realidades que transformamos”, sentenció no solo sobre la industria sino la entrega de inmuebles con la pavimentación de las calles del lugar.
El ministro de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat de la Nación, Santiago Maggiotti, habló de “cumplir con la palabra empeñada” donde “igualar derechos y posibilidades para todos los argentinos”. “Una demostración que los recursos del Estado fueron aplicados en asfaltos, luminarias, educación, salud”, indicó.
El titular de Hábitat y Desarrollo Urbano de la Provincia -Agustín Simone- contempló no solo culminar con el proyecto de 742 viviendas sino “hacerlas como corresponde, con el esfuerzo en cada una al saber que iban a residir ustedes”. Destacó a las diversas partes involucradas en las edificaciones “para efectuarlas en conjunto, un equipo de trabajo que lo permitió”.
En las manzanas N° 27, 28, 29 y 30 la Federación de Cooperativas de Trabajo Unidas de Florencio Varela (FeCooTraUN) realizó dúplex y unidades de planta baja con financiamiento tanto nacional como provincial.
Estuvo presente la vicegobernadora, Verónica Magario, el responsable de Confederación Nacional de Cooperativas de Trabajo y FeCooTraUN -Christian Miño- junto a funcionarios en el gabinete provincial, federal y municipal; representantes del ámbito judicial, educativo y cooperativista del partido.
Una casa, una historia
“Lo esperábamos desde hacía un mes cuando nos avisaron”, afirmó Débora quien inició una nueva etapa junto a sus hijas. “Antes vivía en lo de mi suegra en Santa Sofía”, recordó con dolor el motivo. “Estábamos en La Carolina. Con un incendio, perdí mi casa y a mi pareja”, evocó afligida.
A pesar de ese suceso, hoy sintió “un incentivo: empezar de cero con esta gran oportunidad”. “Me costó mucho no bajar los brazos, pero esto fue un regalo”, añadió al contemplar su hogar donde, con su familia, debatieron la funcionalidad de los espacios.
En el caso de Sabrina, la alegría fue doble. Embarazada, contó: “Ahora la vivienda, mañana la llegada de Roma”. “Muy importante que el Estado nos haya garantizado el techo. Increíble”, manifestó. Su suegra -Beatriz- coincidió sobre este último aspecto y anheló “la concientización de la gente al tener un gobierno con el cual crecer como ciudadanía”.
Las y los propietarios recibieron elementos para armar su huerta domiciliaria más árboles nativos junto a bibliotecas con distintos libros tanto para infancias como adultos a través de los distintos organismos gubernamentales.

Las autoridades corroboraron avances en la constitución de asfaltos como la red hidráulica complementaria e iluminación LED a partir de un acuerdo formalizado tanto por el Intendente como el Gobernador para 88 cuadras de Las Margaritas.
Residente desde hacía 7 años, Patricia expresó: “Contenta en una mejora al tránsito de vehículos, sobre todo de ambulancias o remises para personas que requirieron atención médica. Antes, en los días de lluvia, no llegaban a las casas más alejadas”.
En sintonía con su vecina, Marta recordó “el barro después de fuertes precipitaciones. Sin embargo, ahora comenzamos a observar un hermoso cambio, donde ya imaginamos el crecimiento de la actividad comercial”.
Asimismo, Martina valoró “la instalación de nuevos artefactos lumínicos para fortalecer la seguridad. Más por la oscuridad en la época de otoño e invierno”.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
