Demanda colectiva contra Edesur por los cortes de energía eléctrica
El Municipio de Lomas de Zamora resolvió encabezar una demanda colectiva en representación de sus vecinos afectados por los reiterados y masivos cortes de energía de la empresa Edesur. Para este fin, la intendenta Marina Lesci convocó a los afectados a sumarse a la acción judicial desde la web oficial de la comuna.
“Lamentablemente muchas familias de Lomas sufrieron y sufren todavía los cortes de luz y por eso hemos decidido dar esta batalla como siempre lo hicimos”, explicó Lesci.
En ese sentido recordó “la pelea que dimos para enfrentar los tarifazos a los clubes de barrio, o cada reclamo que hizo durante todos estos años Martín Insaurralde para defender a los vecinos” en situaciones similares.
“Por eso los invitamos a los lomenses a que se sumen al reclamo colectivo que vamos a entablar contra la empresa”, agregó.
A través de la página www.lomasdezamora.gov.ar se podrá acceder a un formulario para completar con número de reclamo a la concesionaria, datos personales y una reseña de cada caso en particular.
“Exigimos a Edesur regularizar la situación para que los vecinos y vecinas de Lomas puedan gozar de un servicio vital y necesario”, remarcó finalmente.
