Ferraresi entregó nuevas viviendas para familias de Isla Maciel
El intendente de Avellaneda, junto a la jefa de Gabinete local, Magdalena Sierra, ingresaron a cada unidad habitacional y conversaron con la comunidad del barrio.
En el marco de los distintos programas de construcción de viviendas que se llevan adelante en todo el distrito gracias a la articulación entre la Municipalidad de Avellaneda y el Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat de la Nación, el intendente Jorge Ferraresi encabezó ayer la entrega de 36 viviendas en el predio Maciel III.
Acompañado por la jefa de Gabinete, Magdalena Sierra, recorrieron e ingresaron a cada una de las viviendas, en las que conversaron con las familias y compartieron su emoción en una jornada muy especial en la que vieron concretarse el sueño de acceder a su casa propia.
Las viviendas fueron construidas a través del programa Reconstruir y se enmarcan en un abordaje integral en materia habitacional, que permitirá alcanzar más de 3000 viviendas para la comunidad de Avellaneda.
De la jornada también participaron el jefe de Gabinete de Asesores del Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat, Guillermo Pesce; el secretario de Obras y Servicios Públicos de Avellaneda, Gastón Seillán y la secretaria de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat, Mónica Ghirelli, además de una gran cantidad de vecinos y vecinas del barrio.
