Ferraresi entregó viviendas en el Barrio Tranquila
El intendente de Avellaneda Jorge Ferraresi encabezó la entrega de viviendas a seis familias del Barrio Tranquila.
En compañía de la secretaria de Desarrollo Territorial, Mónica Ghirelli, el jefe comunal dialogó con los vecinos, recorrió las casas y entregó las llaves de sus flamantes hogares a las familias.
Se trata de viviendas ubicadas en el predio CAEM, construidas en articulación con el Ministerio de Desarrollo Territorial y Hábitat. En este caso, el monto total del proyecto ascendió a la suma de $ 52.395.682,82.
Luego, Ferraresi visitó el Polideportivo Municipal «9 de Julio» y saludó a los trabajadores.
Se construyó otro nuevo Jardín Maternal Municipal en Villa Domínico
El intendente Jorge Ferraresi junto con Magdalena Sierra, inauguraron el Maternal Nº 27, en el Barrio Arquitectura de Villa Domínico.
Gracias a una inversión de $91.741.538,85 se construyeron 4 aulas, dos para niñxs de 2 años, una para deambuladores, otra para lactantes completamente equipadas y con sus respectivos sanitarios. También cuenta con salón cubierto para usos múltiples, patio de juegos, dirección y cocina.
Durante el acto inaugural, Ferraresi remarcó el acompañamiento que brinda el Estado municipal en cada instancia educativa, “Hay chicos que pasaron por nuestros jardines y hoy se van de viaje de egresados con el programa municipal Tu viaje de Egresados Solidario” y anunció que se abrirán 4 jardines maternales más durante este año.
Además el jefe comunal le agradeció al Club Arquitectura, que cedió los terrenos para la construcción de esta institución y le entregó un subsidio de $ 5 millones a sus autoridades para que sigan adelante con las obras destinadas a mejorar su sede.
Finalmente expresó: “Las mejores oportunidades no te las da el mercado, las brinda el Estado. Este año se elige entre dos modelos contrapuestos y necesitamos que nos acompañen para seguir transformando nuestra ciudad”.
Del acto también participaron la secretaria de Educación, María Laura De Vincenti; la presidenta del Consejo Escolar, Claudia Colaso; el secretario de Obras y Servicios Públicos, Gastón Seillan; el secretario de Institucionales, Ariel Lerici y el secretario de Gobierno, Fabián Monzón, además de la directora del Jardín, Candela Molinas, docentes, personal no docente y comunidad educativa.
