Kicillof junto a jóvenes que participaron del programa “Futuro Memoria”
El gobernador Axel Kicillof encabezó este viernes el acto de entrega de certificados a jóvenes que participaron de la tercera edición del programa “Futuro Memoria”, una iniciativa que promueve la creación de producciones artísticas que visibilicen las luchas por la Memoria, la Verdad y la Justicia. Fue en el Microestadio de Tecnópolis junto a la referente de Madres de Plaza de Mayo Línea Fundadora, Taty Almeida y más de 3.500 chicos y chicas de diferentes puntos de la provincia.
En ese marco, Kicillof destacó la importancia del programa porque “además de impulsar como política de Estado la búsqueda de la Memoria, la Verdad y la Justicia, es una forma de pensar no solamente en lo que nos pasó, sino también de reflexionar acerca del presente y, sobre todo, del futuro”. Estuvieron presentes también el director General de Cultura y Educación, Alberto Sileoni; los subsecretarios de Derechos Humanos, Matías Moreno; y de Industrias Creativas e Innovación Cultural, Cristian Scarpetta; y la directora provincial de Juventudes, Ayelén López.
“Hoy vemos nuevamente la presencia de dirigentes políticos que niegan el genocidio que llevó adelante la dictadura”, sostuvo el Gobernador e indicó: “Cuando quieren negar lo que ocurrió, quieren también ocultar por qué lo hicieron: para imponer en nuestro país determinadas políticas económicas y sociales.” “Son negacionistas porque están de acuerdo con ese modelo de exclusión y desindustrialización, en el que no hay lugar para los derechos a la educación y a la salud pública para todos”, resaltó.
El programa está destinado a bonaerenses de entre 14 y 21 años y promueve la reflexión sobre las implicancias políticas, económicas y culturales de la última dictadura cívico – militar. En sus tres ediciones ya incluyó a más de 22 mil jóvenes de 125 distritos.
“Nuestro objetivo siempre fue poner el foco de los derechos humanos en la transversalidad de las políticas públicas para aportar a la gestión desde las nociones de Memoria, Verdad y Justicia”, explicó Moreno y agregó: “Los derechos humanos generan un piso de igualdad para todos los habitantes de una nación: hoy nuestro país es un ejemplo en materia de políticas reparatorias ligadas a nuestro pasado reciente”.
En tanto, Almeida destacó: “Las nuevas generaciones deben estar más unidas que nunca para cuidar los derechos adquiridos que algunos nos quieren arrebatar”. “Las Madres de Plaza de Mayo estamos convencidas de que las y los jóvenes son el futuro y la esperanza para seguir luchando por la Memoria, la Verdad y la Justicia”. añadió.
Con la inscripción récord de 11.600 chicos y chicas, en esta tercera edición se presentaron alrededor de 650 producciones en formato audiovisual, musical, podcast y mural. Para ello, contaron con materiales pedagógicos, talleres y encuentros de acompañamiento que contribuyeron con los procesos de creación. Además, se incorporó una instancia de difusión de los resultados y la entrega de un premio a las instituciones que representen los proyectos más destacados.
Por último, Kicillof subrayó que “algunos sectores pensaron que 40 años después nos íbamos a olvidar y que iban a poder implementar nuevamente un modelo de país para unos pocos”. “Pero esa lucha está viva en los pibes y las pibas de la provincia de Buenos Aires que trabajan, escriben, piensan, reflexionan, y siguen construyendo la política de Memoria, Verdad y Justicia”, concluyó.
Estuvieron presentes el ministro de Cultura de Nación, Tristán Bauer; el jefe de Asesores del Gobernador, Carlos Bianco; el subsecretario de Articulación y Comunicación Comunitaria del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Nación, Lauro Grande; las subsecretarias provinciales de Políticas Culturales, Victoria Onetto; de Educación, Claudia Bracchi; y de Responsabilidad Penal Juvenil, Viviana Arcidiácono.
También participaron la directora de Tecnópolis, María Rosenfeldt; el director Ejecutivo del Organismo Provincial de la Niñez y Adolescencia, Germán Urman; la directora del Banco Nación, Julia Strada; el Tesorero y Coordinador de Presidencia de YPF, Hernan Letcher; el titular de la Unidad de Gestión Local (UGL) VIII del PAMI, Lucas Boyanovsky; la directora de Desarrollo Territorial de ANSES, Marga Recalde; y la concejala Vicente López Laura Braiza.
