“Mi Identidad, Mi Derecho”: Florencio Varela y Cañuelas se sumaron al programa de regularización documentaria
Los municipios de Cañuelas y Florencio Varela se sumaron al programa que busca regularizar la situación de las y los bonaerenses que no fueron inscriptos al nacer.
Este lunes, en el Salón Dorado de la Gobernación de la provincia de Buenos Aires, los municipios de Cañuelas y Florencio Varela adhirieron al programa “Mi Identidad Mi Derecho”, una herramienta destinada a la regularización de las personas que no fueron debidamente inscriptas y carecen de acta de nacimiento y DNI.
El convenio firmado por la ministra de Gobierno, Cristina Alvarez Rodríguez, la intendenta de Cañuelas, Marisa Fassi, y el jefe comunal de Florencio Varela, Andrés Watson, establece la cooperación y articulación entre los municipios y el Ministerio, para el asesoramiento, detección y acompañamiento de casos de personas no registradas.
Al respecto, Álvarez Rodríguez aseguró que “acá hay un estado presente, activo. Ya no esperamos que se acerquen a pedir su inscripción, estamos trabajando de manera articulada con los municipios y la Defensoría del Pueblo para buscar a las y los bonaerenses que no estaban inscriptos”.
Con la implementación de la Ley de los 1000 días y la modificación del artículo 29 de la Ley 26.413 (Registro de Estado Civil y Capacidad de las Personas), el trámite de inscripción tardía de nacimiento se realiza íntegramente en sede administrativa, sin límite de edad y de forma gratuita, con una demora de entre 6 y 8 meses aproximadamente.
“Desde septiembre de 2021 hasta el día de hoy, en el marco del programa Mi Derecho Mi Identidad el Registro de las Personas tramitó 1375 actas tardías”, manifestó la Ministra.
Asimismo, durante la jornada 43 bonaerenses de los municipios de San Martín, Almirante Brown, Cañuelas, Lomas, Varela, La Plata, Quilmes, Morón, Tres de Febrero, Berazategui y Brandsen recibieron su partida de nacimiento e iniciaron el trámite de su primer DNI.
En ese marco, Alvarez Rodríguez indicó que “hoy celebramos nuevamente un hecho de reparación histórica, porque muchos y muchas de ustedes están recibiendo su partida de nacimiento y su primer dni, después de 20, 30 o 40 años de haber permanecido sin documentación”.
Acompañaron la actividad, la ministra de las Mujeres, Políticas de Género y Diversidad Sexual, Estela Díaz; el diputado provincial, Mariano Cascallares; la subsecretaria de Políticas Poblacionales, Ana Herrán Castagneto; el subsecretario de Territorio y Desarrollo Sustentable, Daniel Guastavino; la subsecretaria Técnica, Administrativa y Legal, Andrea Peralta; el director provincial del Registro de las Personas, Mariano Ríos Ordoñez; el director de Documentación, Gustavo Pstorive; y Jerónimo Guerrero Iraola, Guillermo Mazars y Claudia Corrado, de la Defensoría del Pueblo bonaerense.
