Ocho mil clubes de barrio seguirán pagando tarifas subsidiadas de electricidad y gas
“No son solo divertimento, un pasatiempo. Es un lugar donde se aprenden normas de convivencia”, aseguró Alberto Fernández al presentar el nuevo esquema de subsidios en los servicios públicos para el sector. La iniciativa beneficia a ocho mil clubes.
El presidente Alberto Fernández y los ministros de Economía, Sergio Massa; y de Turismo y Deportes, Matías Lammens; anunciaron que unos ocho mil clubes de barrio seguirán pagando tarifas subsidiadas de electricidad y gas, por lo cual no van a tener tope en el gasto ni formarán parte de la segmentación dispuesta por el Gobierno.
Fernández aseguró que es “un acto de justicia” el nuevo esquema de subsidios en los servicios públicos de energía eléctrica y gas natural para unos ocho mil clubes de barrio de todo el país, y señaló que “siempre” estará cerca de quienes más necesitan del Estado.
“Estamos haciendo un acto de justicia al darle a los chicos y los mayores lo que necesitan”, dijo Fernández al encabezar la presentación en un acto realizado en el Polideportivo de Villa de Mayo, en el partido bonaerense de Malvinas Argentinas.
El jefe de Estado estuvo acompañado por Massa, Lammens y la secretaria de Energía, Flavia Royon.
Además, participaron del acto el titular de la cartera de Infraestructura y Servicios Públicos de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Leonardo Nardini, y la intendenta local Noelia Correa.
“Son momentos gratos que el ejercicio de la Presidencia me ofrece, poder estar cerca de ustedes. Como dije siempre: los primeros son los últimos. Siempre voy a estar cerca de los últimos, los que más necesitan del Estado”, resumió Fernández.
Para el mandatario, “el verdadero sentido del club de barrio es la solidaridad” y destacó que se trata de la “responsabilidad social” que “necesitamos para tener un mejor país”.
“Estamos preservando los clubes de barrio para que puedan tener lugares los chicos para empezar un deporte”, expresó el Presidente.
Además, destacó el rol de los clubes de barrio para “aprender normas de convivencia” y “formar el espíritu de los argentinos”.
“Los clubes de barrio no son solo divertimento, un pasatiempo. Es un lugar donde se aprenden normas de convivencia. Hay reglas, estatutos que respetar, para jugar. Aprendemos lo permitido y lo prohibido. Y disfrutamos. Los clubes de barrio tienen esa trascendencia social que no se puede dejar de lado, ayudan a formar el espíritu de los argentinos y argentinas”, marcó Fernández.

Rememoró que cuando llegó al Gobierno “uno de los grandes problemas de los clubes de barrios era cómo soportaban las tarifas que habían pagado, dolarizadas, impagables no para los clubes sino para los millones de argentinos”.
“Las congelamos en pandemia y las fuimos ordenando paulatinamente, cuidando una lógica, que los que no pueden pagar una tarifa el Estado está para socorrerlo, el que puede pagar algo está el Estado para socorrerlo menos”.
“No podemos paralizar el desarrollo de actividades sociales tan importantes para la sociedad argentina como la que hacen los clubes de barrios, porque cuando un club de barrio no existe queda un chico en la calle, o hay un chico o chica que se frustra”, señaló.
En tanto, Massa informó que los “8.000 clubes a lo largo y ancho del país no van a tener tope en el gasto ni van a formar parte de la segmentación”.
“No van a pagar la tarifa diferenciada, van a pagar la subsidiada en un esfuerzo de casi 1.000 millones de pesos que pone el Estado para acompañar a los clubes, por decisión del Presidente”.
Detalló que “en el link de clubes de barrio van a presentar la personería y la Secretaría de Energía los va a eliminar automáticamente del sistema de segmentación”.
“El ENRE (Ente Nacional Regulador de la Electricidad) va a controlar que las empresas cumplan, para que no se pasen de vivos y le cobren a los clubes lo que les corresponde”, añadió el ministro.
“Quiero pedirles que cuidemos los recursos, estamos en un mundo en guerra. En Argentina este año tomamos la decisión de pagar un poquito más el gas pero sostener el funcionamiento normal de las casas y las industrias”, agregó.
También dijo que “el (futuro) gasoducto (Néstor Kirchner) nos va a permitir no tener que importar la mayor parte de la energía que importamos. No queremos que los argentinos paguen de más”.
Además, destacó la decisión de que “el esfuerzo que hace el Estado llegue a los que más lo necesitan”.
“Acuérdense de que tienen la tarifa social, úsenla, inscríbanse. Cuidemos la luz, cuidemos el gas, el mundo está en guerra y la Argentina necesita la energía para seguir generando trabajo”, abundó Massa.
Por su parte, Lammens señaló que “era una demanda histórica a los clubes de barrios el subsidio a la energía” y enfatizó que esas instituciones “son el corazón de nuestra política deportiva”.

El ministro reseño que el Estado “tuvo políticas pendulares”, en el cual “algunos dieron más, otros menos” pero destacó que más allá de eso “los clubes siempre estuvieron abiertos”.
Resaltó el subsidio que alcanza a 8.000 clubes “de todo el país”, y recordó que en 2019 “había subsidios para 80 clubes, es decir que 100 veces más invirtió este gobierno en clubes y asociaciones vecinales”.
Más de 8.000 entidades deportivas de todas las provincias del país serán alcanzadas por esta asistencia e implicará un beneficio para un millón y medio de personas que realizan actividades deportivas, culturales o sociales en el club de su barrio o pueblo.
La medida se enmarca en el apoyo integral del Gobierno nacional a los clubes de barrio, con una inversión de más 2.700 millones de pesos, se informó oficialmente.
Otros programas para entidades deportivas y culturales son Clubes en Obra, con una inversión de $2.050 millones; Hay Equipo, por $500 millones; Programa de apoyo en la emergencia para clubes de barrio y pueblo, por $72 millones; Programa Federal de Infraestructura deportiva, por $84 millones, y Unidad de Asistencia del Programa de Fortalecimiento Institucional para Clubes de Barrio y Pueblo, por $40 millones.
