OPISU: Se firmó el contrato para la ejecución de obras de pavimentación y pluviales en el barrio Tongui
Se trata de un proyecto que beneficiará a 12 mil habitantes del barrio. Permitirá mejorar la circulación, la conectividad y el drenaje de las aguas.
El Ministerio de Hábitat y Desarrollo Urbano, a través del Organismo Provincial de Integración Social y Urbana (OPISU) llevará adelante la construcción de una red pluvial de más de 5000 metros y la pavimentación de 7600 metros de calles y avenidas del barrio Tongui. Estas obras tendrán una inversión de más de $1000 millones y permitirán mejorar el drenaje de las aguas, disminuir el riesgo de inundaciones, así como favorecer la circulación y la conectividad en el barrio.
El acto de firma fue encabezado por la directora ejecutiva del (OPISU), Romina Barrios, junto a la intendenta interina de Lomas de Zamora, Marina Lesci, el Jefe de asesores del gobernador Carlos Bianco y el secretario de Obras y Servicios Públicos local, Emiliano Piergiovanni.
Barrios indicó que “es un paso muy importante para todos nosotros poder adjudicar en sólo dos meses una obra que beneficiará a más de 12 mil vecinas y vecinos de Campo Tongui” y agregó que estas respuestas a demandas históricas de los habitantes “es para nosotros algo fundamental por lo que luchamos cada día desde nuestro organismo que es ni más ni menos que llevar soluciones y obras a nuestros barrios populares”.
Por su parte, Lesci destacó. “Vengo a agradecer en nombre de cada uno de los vecinos y vecinas de Lomas de Zamora, a los que este proyecto les va a cambiar la vida. Desde hoy nuestros vecinos van a poder soñar con un barrio donde no se inunde, en el cual se salven más vidas porque las ambulancias van a poder llegar más rápido a sus domicilios y puedan transitar dignamente. Esto es gracias a un Estado presente, que no les da vuelta la cara, que los mira, los premia y los abraza brindando soluciones a sus demandas”.
Mientras que Bianco dijo: “Este contrato que hoy estamos suscribiendo es un anhelo de muchos vecinos y gracias al trabajo del organismo lo estamos cumpliendo”, y manifestó que “esta es la mejor manera de trabajar, haciéndolo con compromiso y seriedad en pos del bienestar de cada uno de los vecinos de nuestros barrios populares”.
En el marco del proyecto de reurbanización integral ya se han implementado trabajos de subdivisión y mensura de terrenos, obras de ampliación de espacio sociocomunitario, tareas de conexiones eléctricas en comercios, acciones de saneamiento ambiental, la licitación para obras en cinco espacios públicos a lugar. Además, se está implementando el proyecto de “Promotoras comunitarias en género y diversidad” para promover acciones de igualdad en la comunidad.
