Se inauguró el Centro de Atención Primaria de la Salud de Castelar Sur
Las obras consistieron en su reforma integral y beneficiarán a más de 10 mil vecinos y vecinas del barrio Santa Rosa y municipios linderos.
El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, encabezó esta mañana junto al ministro de Salud, Nicolás Kreplak, y el intendente de Morón, Lucas Ghi, el acto de inauguración del Centro de Atención Primaria de la Salud (CAPS) “Juana Azurduy” de Castelar Sur, tras las obras para su refuncionalización integral. Participaron también el presidente de la Autoridad de Cuenca Matanza Riachuelo (ACUMAR), Martín Sabbatella; y la diputada nacional Mónica Macha.
“Algunos sectores han instalado que los servicios públicos pueden prestarse en instalaciones deterioradas y sin la tecnología necesaria: para nosotros es al revés, la atención del Estado debe ser primera calidad”, aseguró Kicillof y agregó: “Este Centro de Atención Primaria de la Salud cuenta con consultorios totalmente equipados y profesionales de todas las áreas”.
En ese sentido, el Gobernador señaló que “venimos de una etapa en la que, a pesar de todos los recursos del endeudamiento con que contaban, se paralizaban las obras”. “Nuestro Gobierno se dedica a recuperar y poner en valor la infraestructura sanitaria para dejar atrás los años de deterioro y abandono del sistema de salud”, añadió.
Con una inversión de 39,5 millones de pesos, se reconstruyó el edificio para resolver una situación de deterioro estructural y ampliar las prestaciones en beneficio de más de 10 mil vecinos y vecinas del barrio Santa Rosa y municipios linderos como Ituzaingó, Merlo y La Matanza.
En tanto, Kreplak resaltó que “este es un paso más que damos en el marco de una reforma integral del sistema de salud que destinada a poner de pie al sector público mediante una inversión histórica”. “Con un sistema integrado y organizado, la Provincia está consolidando el derecho a la salud de todo nuestro pueblo”, explicó.
Las nuevas instalaciones son aptas para la circulación de personas con discapacidad y cuentan con cuatro consultorios generales; enfermería; espacios para atención odontológica y ginecológica; vacunatorio; dependencias administrativas; y salón de usos múltiples. Además, en el CAPS se ofrecen servicios de obstetricia, nutrición, pediatría, psicología y psicopedagogía.
Por su parte, el intendente Ghi remarcó: “Este es un logro colectivo, fruto del trabajo articulado con la Provincia, que nos permite dejar atrás una etapa en la que este Centro de Atención Primaria de la Salud había quedado en una situación muy precaria”. “En Morón seguimos pensando a la Salud como un eje central de gestión y un fenómeno integral vinculado al bienestar físico, psíquico y social de nuestro pueblo”, dijo.
Por último, Kicillof subrayó que “la Provincia es pionera en la digitalización de historias clínicas, equipamiento de los centros sanitarios e integración del sistema de Salud”. “Trabajamos para que cada bonaerense, provenga de donde provenga y viva donde viva, tenga derecho a la salud”, concluyó.
Estuvieron presentes la subsecretaria de Atención y Cuidados Integrales en Salud, Alexia Navarro; el secretario de Salud municipal, Martín Latorraca; el diputado provincial Adrián Grana; y la directora del CAPS, Flavia Cifrodelli.
