Tedeum patrio en el 213° aniversario de la Revolución de Mayo
La intendenta de Quilmes, Mayra Mendoza, participó este jueves, en la Catedral de Quilmes, del Tedeum por el 213º aniversario de la Revolución de Mayo, que fue presidido por el padre obispo Auxiliar de la Diócesis de Quilmes, Eduardo Redondo.
El evento contó con la participación de funcionarios municipales, concejales, representantes de instituciones, vecinos, colectividades, Veteranos de guerra de Malvinas y de diferentes cultos. Previo a ello, se realizó un desayuno en la Casa de las Culturas.
“Este año tenemos la oportunidad de ejercer el derecho al voto y poder elegir qué modelo queremos para nuestra Argentina, nuestra Provincia y para este Municipio. Creo que llevamos adelante un modelo de gestión que dignifica y de verdad genera libertades y oportunidades porque genera desarrollo y progreso a nuestros vecinos y vecinas. Y tenemos que tener ese amor de pueblo y amor propio para defender esta gestión y para que este año podamos desde Quilmes, desde esta patria chica seguir dando la pelea y aportando a la independencia y la revolución en cuanto a justicia social que se necesita en nuestra patria entera”, remarcó Mayra.
La Jefa comunal, que estuvo acompañada por el Gabinete Municipal, en referencia a la fecha patria, sostuvo: “Un 25 de mayo de 1810 comenzaba ese proceso revolucionario que terminaría con la independencia de nuestro país pero como la mayoría de quienes estamos acá, sabemos y tenemos conciencia de que esa pelea por la independencia de nuestro país es permanente y de todos los días. Esa independencia que hoy a 20 años Néstor Kirchner también trabajó, discutió, peleó y construyó en la Argentina a partir de sacarnos de encima al Fondo Monetario Internacional construyendo esa soberanía que nuestro país necesitaba. Esa misma batalla la tenemos hoy en la Argentina”.
Y por último la Jefa comunal señaló: “Hoy tenemos una Plaza de Mayo que va a acompañar y que va a reivindicar estos 20 años de ese proceso que comenzó Néstor Kirchner pero que también va a abrazar a la mujer que sin dudas como él nos dijo hay que cuidarla y acompañarla porque está decidida a transformar la patria desde el lugar que le toque como militante política. Cristina está decidida a seguir transformando la patria. Necesitamos poder abrazarla, acompañarla. Así fue que Néstor y Cristina construyeron los 12 mejores años para nuestro pueblo de los 40 que estamos cumpliendo de democracia. Hoy a pesar del clima haremos una nueva epopeya y mostraremos todo nuestro amor, agradecimiento y también esperanza a que ese futuro de la Argentina, que todos soñamos y que alguna vez vivimos es posible y lo vamos a volver a construir”.
Durante el Tedeum, el obispo Eduardo Redondo, expresó que a pesar de las dificultades económicas del país “reconocemos el gran esfuerzo de inclusión de un Estado que quiere estar presente en las zonas más postergadas y olvidadas de nuestro distrito implementando políticas públicas y de gestión”.
