Con fondos federales y municipales, instalaron un nuevo parque lumínico LED, rampas, forestación, equipamiento, un playón deportivo, juegos infantiles, entre otros elementos pensados para la reorganización del espacio público.
Por otro lado, previeron la pavimentación en cinco cuadras: dos en Parillo, entre Contreras y Alem -ambos márgenes-, otras dos en Batalla de Ituzaingó, entre Almafuerte y Constitución más una en Parravicini, entre Senzabello y Esposos Curie.
El integrante en el gabinete presidencial instó a “tener una sola bandera, una sola consigna: el amor por nuestra Patria y Florencio Varela”. Describió al titular en el Ejecutivo local como “un Intendente de lujo, un hombre de bien, humilde, con una vocación de servicio hacia su gente”.
Destacó la tangibilidad en la canalización del afluente como la urbanización. “No lo tuvimos que contar, lo pudieron ver concretado acá”, sentenció Katopodis quien recordó la evolución de “un zanjón a una calle”. Llamó a “construir un país solidario, con más escuelas, Estado, salud, vivienda”.
Estuvieron presentes funcionarios y funcionarias tanto nacionales como comunales, instituciones, representantes junto a estudiantes de la Técnica N°2 quienes participaron en forma activa de la planificación para la región.
