Ya están en marcha las obras de construcción de la nueva Secundaria 13
El Municipio de San Vicente informó que ya comenzaron los trabajos en el predio ubicado en las calles 20 de Junio, entre Matheu y Directorio del barrio Eva Perón, donde funcionará la Escuela Secundaria 13, uno de los cuatro nuevos edificios que el municipio tiene planteado construir en el distrito.
Este nuevo edificio educativo estará ubicado junto al flamante Jardín de Infantes N° 918, conformando un nuevo polo educativo, con los tres niveles de educación, y a menos de 600 metros de donde funcionará la Universidad de San Vicente.
Las otras escuelas que se construirán son la Secundaria 9 que estará junto al Jardín de Infantes 909 del barrio Santa Ana; la Secundaria 10, que estará situada al lado de la Escuela Primaria 27 y del Jardín de Infantes 913 (límite de los barrios Matadero y Los Naranjos); y la Secundaria 12, que se ubicará sobre la calle Estrada, lindera con el CEF 93.
Estas escuelas habían sido anunciadas por el intendente Nicolás Mantegazza en el acto de colocación del primer ladrillo del edificio de la Universidad de San Vicente (UNSaV).
