Inauguraron una estación de bombeo cloacal que beneficia a ocho barrios de Alte Brown
El gobernador de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof, inauguró junto a la titular de AySA, Malena Galmarini; a los ministros de Obras Públicas de Nación y Provincia, Gabriel Katopodis y Leonardo Nardini, al intendente electo de Almirante Brown, Mariano Cascallares y a Juan Fabiani, una nueva estación de bombeo cloacal en el barrio Don Orione, en la localidad de San Francisco de Asís.
Se trata de una histórica obra cuyos trabajos iniciaron en abril de 2020, ubicada en la calle Blas Parera entre Grecia y R. Chiappe, que permitirá mejorar el servicio de desagües cloacales de los barrios Don Orione Viejo y Libertad, Barrio Cerrito, La Tranquera, Gauchito Gil, Las Latitas, 6 de Diciembre y los desvinculados Altos del Castillo.
También se verán beneficiados directamente los vecinos y vecinas de los barrios Suterh 1 y 2, SOM, el Barrio Municipal y el complejo Don Orione completo, cuya planta de tratamiento a cargo de ABSA se desactivará.
Durante la jornada, las autoridades junto con el ministro de Obras Públicas de Nación, Gabriel Katopodis, recorrieron las instalaciones y realizaron el tradicional corte de cintas simbólico.
“Es una alegría muy grande inaugurar esta obra tan esperada que representa un impacto verdaderamente positivo en las familias de Almirante Brown, que se suma a una recientemente puesta en marcha también en la zona centro de Burzaco”, subrayó Mariano Cascallares.
La planta recoge los desechos cloacales de distintos barrios, la concentra en esta nueva estación y la impulsa hacia otra estación de Aysa ubicada en Berazategui para tratar los efluentes cloacales, un beneficio que impacta directamente en mejorar la calidad de vida de aproximadamente 60 mil vecinos y vecinas. Esta megaobra incluye el colector para la evacuación de los efluentes, la planta de Bombeo y la cañería de impulsión.
De la actividad participaron también la subsecretaria de Infraestructura, Gabriela Fernández; la delegada Municipal de San Francisco de Asís, Mabel Klehb, y el jefe técnico de la Estación de Bombeo Cloacal, Damián Ionno, entre otras autoridades.
